TITLE: Plant Manager- Sanitation Products
LOCATION: near Sebring, FL
COMPENSATION: base salary, depending on experience; excellent benefits,
relocation package
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: permanent, direct hire
Very Hot job in Florida, no state income taxes, reasonable cost of living in
Central Florida
JOB PROFILE: Responsible for overall operation of the sanitationjanitorial
chemical products manufacturing plant. Products include chemicals and
assorted supplies
Responsible for operational management of the Sanitary Products plant.
This includes manufacturing, administration, training, quality, and service
functions to produce quality products and meet sales and net income
objectives while achieving the company’s mission of training inmate workers
. This is an ISO 9000 certified plant and the manager will ensure that all
certification standards are attained. Blending/mixing of chemicals to
manufacture soaps, disinfectants, cleaning compounds, and other liquid/solid
sanitary maintenance products.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or engineering preferred
- Min 5 years of directly related experience in Blending/mixingformulation
of chemical products
- Manufacture soaps, disinfectants, cleaning compounds, and other liquid/
solid sanitary maintenance products would be ideal.
- Budgeting and ProfitLoss experience
