因为纽约州市刑事案件的标准问题。不同于其它州，纽约的有关汽车杀人的法律比较特
殊：如果司机驾车杀人，只对酗酒或吸毒的司机起诉其“驾车杀人”罪或“凶杀”罪。
如果想起诉“过失杀人”罪，必须证明司机在肇事的时候是“罔顾后果”地在开车（
reckless driving）；这是一个比较难达到的标准；而在其它州“过失杀人”罪只需证

do not want to listen to me at all). So get a good attorney - you can call
