发帖数: 379 | 1 最近需要test p38 pathway， 用了specific inhibitor SB 203580
但是居然发现在2种不同cell line里， SB 203580都明显的增加了phospho－p38，而且
做了个dose－dependent试验，单纯只加SB 203580，不但没有inhibit，反而activate
了p38。
已经试过了Cayman和 Sigma 2家的chemical，而且也serum free12h， pre－
treatment2小时过，能troubleshoot的都想过了，还是这种相反的结果，实在是想不通
怎么回事？
请教大家有过类似的问题么？ 有可能是什么原因呢？ 等着这个inhibition做最后的in
vitro试验，折腾好久了。。。 |

reducing tumor size and but in certain cases promotes invasiveness and
metastasis. this is especially obvious in VEGF inhibition, but also present
in inhibiting other growth factors that have effects in angiogenesis. so

我要替中国辩护，并不是因为我是一个中国人，而是因为我知道中国就和这世界上绝大
数的国家一样，虽然有很多丑陋的现象，但是他们是受害者。就
象这个犯罪集团里很多的人一样，他们来自各种种族，他们可能充当了工具，但他们不
是制造这一切，谋划这一切的人。虽然经常会暴露中国产品出现问题。但要知道中国是
世界工厂，他们只是打工者，他们只是按照各种雇主提供的配方来生产，他们并不知道
他们会产生怎样的后果。或者这些工人知道后果，但他们只是奴隶，他们又如何去改变
