本身是个主观的东西。很多人喜欢美其名曰，说某个问题重要主要是因为发展出一个体
系，发展出很多方法之类的，其实是把因果关系颠倒了。说白了，就是一旦某几个牛人
想出了一些重要的突破性的idea，于是大家伙就有饭吃了而已。
因为牛人发现了突破口，很多就感觉有方向了，自我掂量一下，觉得即使解决不了
大问题，起码可以做一些incremental的贡献，写两篇份量还可以的paper是可能的，
做的人自然就多了，做的人一多就变成一个体系了。而有些问题，某两个idea被用尽
了之后大家都stuck了，多数人自认为不是欧拉，也就不会去碰。但你永远不会知道哪
一天忽然某个巨牛把哥德巴赫猜和其他某个问题联系起来了，到那时候还不是会有无数
人一拥而上跟风做哥德巴赫猜？所以现在做的人多人少跟这个问题的重要性一点关系都
没有。陈景润当年用筛法虽然古老了些，但在他那个时代并没有完全过时。现在不鼓励
年轻人去做，因为没有idea，也算是比较负责的说法。但没有必要厚此薄彼，把哥德巴
赫猜说成没有价值。

是对****算法加速的，可以用在deep learning里面。

USCIS新规太操蛋了，越来越卡EB类绿卡了
10月1日后，485都要面试才能过，这会让本就了了无期的排期越拖越久，还更别提万一
面试中给你挑个漏眼就拒了，就像咱们当年签证一样，申诉都没地方申。我周围好多人
都是花了十多年读书、找工作、排期，结果就是USCIS变着法地拖下去，我有时候觉得
咱们甚至不如违法翻墙的老墨，人家孩子至少还有Dream Act，咱们落着什么好了？这
么多年交的税都喂狗了。。。哪个恐怖分子是走Employment Based Immigration的？好
意思提反恐，妈蛋。。。

工科是最不需要智力能力的，follow manual/instruction 就可以了。工科的进步从来
都是incremental的，比如热机的效率
理科好一点，但中上之资即足矣，比如数学那些高深理论，algebraic topologic之类
的，虽然要天才开创，但普通人follow 没有任何问题
文科，比如社会学，政治学，法学，人家研究的问题是什么普通人学了也搞不明白，于
是只能说人家忽悠啦。智商低啦。真是搞笑
比如福柯，拉康这些人，自买提开办以来，老中有一个算一个，论天才，论开创力，论
洞见，论体系建构能力，有配给人提鞋的么 |
