男方认为女方lie，但是女方不这么认为，因为钱用在哪里或去了哪里都是从网上的银
行账户一目了然的；双方有个共同账户；只是那个angagement的戒指，女方见男方时，
忘记带在手上，放在别处一时没有找到，仔细找，还是可以找到的。女方也不一定非保
留那个戒指，女方不是很喜欢珠宝。估计找到戒指，就会归还的。
至于其他发生的check额度大概接近3万美金。而且这些钱都是出自双方的共同账户（男
方把女方名字加在他的账户上的），是男方签名的check，只有几千美金是女方用共同
账户debit卡从ATM取的现金。
当时男方给出这些钱，都是从账户可以查到的；现男方想反悔了，从法律角度，他就可

楼主 国内交通法规我不是很了解 可是我在ＷＩＫＩ上看到这个
“Article 133 of the Criminal code as of 1997 provides that hit and run
after an incident resulting in death, grievous bodily harm or major property
damage is punishable with 3 to 7 years' imprisonment, and fixed-term
imprisonment of 3 to 7 years if there was an attempt at escaping the scene
of accident or is involved in other especially flagrant circumstances, and
fixed-term imprisonment of not less than 7 years if the act of attempted
escape results in death”
