如果是business，应参照Cal. Admin. Code 16 CCR s 3351.5(a)和(b) ，如果涉及auto body repair, 根据CAL. BPC. CODE § 9889.52，肯定需要license，还不止一个license.

直接向BAR举报违反CAL. BPC. CODE 9889.52，保证会有人管理的，不过苦主的钱不能要的回来。

2。LZ得到2张还款Check， 这也是证据证明另一方： A。 认可LZ给了20K；B。 同意还

由于另一方目前还没有提出“已还款”，欠款部分没有争议。
