发帖数: 1 | 1 最近跟老板1 on 1的时候，老板说亚麻对SDE1的期望是两年升到SDE2，说我做了快2年
了还没达到SDE2的标准，说我grow的太慢，又说亚麻是很impatient的公司，at some
point, 他们会失去对我的 patience, that could be 7 months, 3 months or 1
month.
然后老板又跟我说，personally,她建议我不要在一棵树上吊死，看看其他更fit我的工
作；同时她会尽全力辅助我达到SDE2（个人认为是冠冕堂皇的p话）。
老板是老美,组里最近有招了两个级别比我高的SDE。我的感觉是上层已经讨论过，
annual review结束就要赶我走，但是他们希望我自己辞职，省的他们麻烦。大家觉得
review下来，老板会直接赶我走，还是逼我签PIP？
顺便说下我的工作情况吧，support做了一年，给我的任务都能按时完成，质量也没问
题，有时需要请教SDE2，但不是没完没了的问的那种。
老板说我的工作没有impact，scope是SDE1的scope，任务都是well defined,没有

You are too impatient. you shouldn't get desperate until maybe 1-2 months
from now.
What you could do is just move the whole family to your new location. Take
the opportunity to refresh the interior of the house, such as a good whole
house cleaning, repainting some rooms, replacing some carpets if badly worn.
Arrange for a landscaping company to take care of exterior, then leave the

Non citizens or permanent residents stay away from Barclays. I received
severalpromotion letters and emails from them before I decided to apply.
Then I got rejected! I spoke to two of their CSRs, still did not work. They
were rude and impatient as well. It was indeed very unpleasant experience. I
will never do business with them even if I can in the future.
I have excellent credit history and score with credit cards from citi, Chase

send out the bill. she is very impatient with me on this matter
the nutrition group I am going to see says unitedhealthcare is very
unpredictable. sometimes they tell you it will but when you bill them, they
will not and sometimes the opposite

to handle different naratives and essays, one step at a time.
Personally, I do not think reciting articles will help improving a kid's
writing skills. Writing is a creative process, limited by one's imagination
and the ease of applying learned writing techniques. ONLY following a set
pattern from other articles would not produce a good WRITER.

we should always take care of our responsibilities.

2. help others

First, it is just natural that some kids are more eager and impatient.
Second, kindness and empathy is much more important.
Saying that, it does not mean parents could do nothing.
Emotion management could be coached. It probably would make things much
better if the first kid received some coach from the family. Even not, he
might learn that later in hard ways.
