，可以带带你，加强你的package，怎么加强。 1. 在hemonc rotation 非常认真，参
与一些科研，case report， poster是很加分的。不一定一定要paper，有时候运气好
，是可以成为第一作者的。 另外有些医生，经常有很多科研，正好到你的时候，科研
到底了，你可以写起来。
自已医院没有hemOnc，去别的医院做elective，什么都没有也不一定不能match
要会写irb的申请，过多久才能批准，是不是需要consent form。一般有regulatory 的
一个人，他是很清楚的，问问是谁，

provides very bad service, especially on the phone.
There was once I asked them a question and the guy on the phone answered me
so fast that I couldn't understand. I asked him to repeat, but he got
impatient. Then I asked if he could transfer me to somebody else who could
talk a little bit slowly, and he said no and hang up on me. I called back
the second time. Unfortunately it was the same guy who answered the phone

现在nursing home一般都有承包的，想打入得花点功夫，reimbursement不错，是一个
可以考虑的业务。ambulatory和hospital病人区别还是挺大，既然楼主喜欢office，也
没必要强求去做hospitalist，尽管自己管impatient病人能学很多东西。
觉得加入一个group，先建立起一定的病人基础比较好，至少，得把好名声建立起来。
我之所以说，primary care是各科里最难的，就是因为工作量大，但是reimbursement
不见得好，光看病人不做procedure挣钱，得累死。休假5的，基本都得扔脑后面去，因
为你休假了，病人给谁？有的group，其实就是几个人share overhead，billing得自己
做，这种的楼主也可以考虑一下。
再次提醒一下楼主，如果想做pain，那真的要三思，三思，那点儿钱真的不值当。

It is very easy to verify if the positive is from the hcg your body produced
or not. Just keep POAS everyday (in my case, I did it every 4 hours 'cas I
am just too impatient) and see if the second line gets darker~

TSL managed to cut another 4 cents in non-silicon cost, well on track of
their 70 cents goal by YE2010, which I didn't fully believe. I was thinking
that they'd have to take a break on the 82 cents level.
I was so excited that I added more shares, at close to $24, now under water.
I might be too impatient...
But I think it's not a bad idea for those of you with no solar exposure
picking up TSL at this level. It has very limited downside.

昨天去儿子（kindergarten）班上作义工，发现儿子很不自信，列举如下：
1。 有几次不肯交作业（都是做小工艺品）。每次问他，他都说忘记了。我和他的老师
写电子邮件说过这个事情。直到这个周一，他有没有交turkey的project。这次他不可
能是忘记的，因为我特地把这个project和每周必须交回给老师的folder放在一起的（
project太大，不能放在folder里）。我感觉他是有意不交的，就告诉他，我要跟他的
老师去谈谈。他很害怕，就告诉我，他不是忘记了，是怕别人笑话他的project。说实
话，尽管他的project作的不是很fancy，但我们也是认认真真做的，不会太差。我有点
吃惊。然后联系到他前几次不肯交作业，我就给他的老师发了一封信：

慰 or 美好愿望. Sometimes i got so impatient and desperate sitting there
listening to these stories...haha... :P
However it is a process of spiritual growth. These brothers/sisters who do
the sharing are in the process of guessing God's doing and God's purpose.
Sometimes they guessed wrong, and shared some 神话. if they are sincere, God
will correct them through more life experience. Meanwhile, let us bear with

that I might not be good at it eventually, since I'm always so
doubtful about myself, and that I am impatient in general.
But there's something very touching in mathematics, like everything else
that is involved with metaphysical thinking. It's more like mathematics
is an exclusive world, such that you can take a different look at
certain things only after you are allowed to enter into it.
