斧正。
刚才读到本版有关孙扬踢腿动作的评论。这个问题实际上非常复杂，值得大书特书。孙
扬的泳姿从技术上说世界领先，非常适合他的特点，但是不是适用每个人。没有他的水
性和腿部力量，学得再像也没用。
自由泳不是一种标准的姿势，大多数选手是shoulder-driven style。主要依靠上肢高
频率推动水。这个姿势的特点是每分钟击水次数高。短距离适用。缺点是效率差。另一
种hip-driven style历史上有名的有Ian Thorpe等等。特点是效率高。每分钟击水次数
低。中远距离适用。从某种程度上说，鱼在水里动作并不大，但是对水的影响很有效。
孙扬游泳姿势有自己的特点。肯定受到澳大利亚教练Denis Cotterell的指导。总的思
想是（除了最后200米）减少水里的动作，但是每次动作推动水更有力。这一点和很多
