，都是直接放petri dish。放大倍数越高，以及对numerical apature要求越高的镜头
，working distance通常越短。而轴向(z)分辨率最重要的一个参数就是NA。所以作z-
sectioning能达到300nm以下解析度的显微镜，比如confocal，objective一般NA都在1.
4以上，而working distance通常不超过0.3mm.
关于折射率不匹配造成的z-distortion，日常生活经验就常见，比如长辈曾经说游泳池
、水塘实际比看着深，不要下去游泳之类。
一般来讲，只要有mismatch就会有distortion，这也是water immersion objective相
比oil immersion的优点之一（盖玻片两边都是水）。这个distortion的修正粗略地讲
就是两边折射率的比值，但是对于大角度的非傍轴光线就不适用了。所以高NA的镜头的

If you are not lying flat, there could be a force through the neck which
support part of your head weight, thus affect your measurement result.
Actually, I don't see any benefit of immerse body in a liquid: we are
not measuring volume, immerse itself does not give any useful information.
If you just want to use the liquid to measure weight/force, then it is
not as good as having many many actuators surporting yourself in many
places: in that case, one can easily measure force at many points. If |

获得者是Yoshinori Ohsumi. 查看了一下去年的获得者，竟然也有个日本凶手Satoshi
Omura. 他的研究更是惨不忍睹，他的一生就是罪恶的一生，不知道害死了多少无辜的
人。只有中国的获得者是无辜的，值得敬佩的，以身献身科学的。说到底，如果不是这
些可恨的美国人，日本人传播这些寄生虫，我们的科学家也不用有那么多的牺牲来攻克
这些难题。有一天，我睡在沙发上，发现有人刺进了我的鼻子里，不知道他们往我身上
注射了什么。为什么我知道，因为他们研究的这些东西都用在了我的身上，和我身边的

拿出来放在历史里面讨论很正常。人家论文脚注里面也会写，“此说法经XXX教授证实
”一类的话。我自己当然写的出来更具体的来源，不过这是匿名BBS，就不费力了。你
对于这种曝料可以选择性相信。
不过，否定郝若贝的社会理论的大有人在。基本上，凡是华人历史学家，都比较不接受
郝若贝的社会变迁理论，比如陶晋生、黄宽重、李弘祺。凡是郝若贝、韩明士一系自己
带出来的白人历史学家，都是跟着他的脚步。这里一点political因素没有吗？
当然，我之前讲的不清楚，我所谓郝若贝的理论被否定，指的是他的社会学理论，不是
那个铁产量的。你是重视经济史没错，但是美国郝若贝、韩明士这一系统几乎没人搞经
济史，全是社会史的。这是美国学界的一大问题。李华瑞先生的老师漆侠先生可是搞经
济史的，可惜漆侠先生因医疗事故去世。
