LWRC 的 piston 的确是够多够复杂的。
LMT, Ruger SR556 这两款枪的前端都沉死了,根本不用考虑。POF 的rail 设计那才叫
真得脑残,又粗又高又重,估计是给Starship Trooper设计的,其价格又超级离谱。难
以置信这公司怎么生存的。
Adams Arms 和 Core 15 都有很轻且价格合理的 piston AR, 但是他们的BCG设计比较
落伍,没有完全解决carrier tilt 的问题,所以一罚出局。
Sig 516 还不错,只可惜和PWS MK116 Mod1(全枪只有6.63 lb!) 与 Adcor 16" (全枪
7.05lb, Upper 4.95lb) 相比沉了不少,而且muzzle imbalance 也没有解决。Sig
516 全枪 7.6lb

我用的就是 PWS MK114 Mod1, lower 是自己拼的。PWS 是我现在唯一会给人推荐的
piston AR. 建议您买PWS 的 upper. lower 很好办,自己在家拼一个出来,只要不到
一个小时,而且还能健身。没必要多花$500去买整枪。
现在的DI AR 市场已经非常完善,而BCM/DD/Noveske/Sig/PSA等主要厂家DI 设计的精
度、重量和平衡都是普通价位Piston AR (<$1200)所无法逾越的。最明显的一点:$
1200 以下的piston AR 现在市面上几乎没有一款提供 FN/BCM 等级的冷锻CHF 1/7 缠
距的高质量枪管,甚至连普通的416 SS 枪管都很少见。这就使得不少便宜piston AR
在步枪最关键的精度环节上不敌同等价位的DI AR. 优秀piston AR 的最大优势在于其
可靠性,便于使用/清理,不少高价位piston AR 的精度已经与DI AR 持平。在SHTF时
我们连
卫生纸都忘了带的情况下,一般人是不会随身带着CLP的。所以综上所述,看您的用途

我自己感觉年纪对减肥还是有影响的。还有年纪对肥肉的分布也有影响。应该和
hormone有关系。
除了年纪,还有你平时压力(运动上的,生活上的,饮食上的)之类的都会让hormone
少少的imbalance.这样很容易cortisol多,让减肥很慢,肉多在肚子上。

most runners, it is only a concern when the run goes beyond three hours.
The risk of cramping is especially high when you run in hot weather, as you
sweat more and lose more electrolyte. Refueling yourself during the run is
important. You need to drink not only water, but sports drinks with
electrolyte, such as gatorade. For longer endurance events, even gatorade
won't be enough. Hammer perpetuem is a good choice.

I had suffered ITBS for 3 weeks, then decided I must cure it. (10/24/09)
I've used ice and foam roller, stretched twice per day, biked, swam,
and some lower body strength trainings to reduce muscle imbalance.
It went away after 2 weeks, right on time to start my 18-week marathon
training.
Then I ran only on treadmill for a month, to avoid hard/cambered surface.
Now I am back to normal trainings, run on roads/trails/treadmills/tracks/
hills.
I am not sure if cushion shoes will help. I started wit

今天路过Kew Gardens地铁出口的medical center,有免费足部扫描检查。好奇的试了下
,说是有比较严重的imbalance,大吃一惊。

It's normal, but doesn't mean it's good. Injuries always starts with one
side. There is always some imbalance
between the muscles on your left and right sides. Run easy until the
soreness goes away, and then you can
start doing hard workouts again.

所以自己最舒服状态跑步差不多就是他建议的那样了。但是想想次次出门跑步都要像
easy long run的pace.没有speedwork,tempo, 难道不会很boring么?
2. 他说在build up aerobic base之前,任何anaerobic运动都会有坏影响。这点非常
turn me off.

big book上说有时候,跑步会有些积累的损伤,weakness 和imbalance ,也就是在受
伤的边缘。
有很多时候都是跑很高里程、大强度没事,生活中莫名其妙意外受伤甚至骨裂。
有可能是身体告诉我们,需要休息了,要重视起来,好好休息一下。

2013年天蝎月最后一天。。。
