干眼症是眼科门诊相当常见的疾病之一，干眼症的症状常见的有干涩、异物感、烧灼感
、眼痒、等几种，很多患者因为缺乏相关知识，发现后没有及时到医院就诊，忽视了它。
干眼症的患者常常诉说自己的眼睛易于疲劳，使得读书和看电视发生困难。不能耐受角
膜接触镜的配戴也是干眼的症状。有时，一个有轻度或中度干眼症的患者，如若没有配
戴角膜接触镜，是不会有明显不适的。配戴角膜接触镜可以扰乱泪膜分泌和分布的平衡
，导致无法耐受角膜接触镜。如果您在日常生活中眼睛感觉异常，您就有必要检查是否
患有“干眼症”，我们所说感觉异常是指患者对气流敏感，夜间或清晨醒来时眼干燥感
严重，不能耐受烟雾等。另外您需要了解的是干燥感和少泪并非是特异性的症状，相反

事情应该首先弄清楚。
1、胆固醇对于身体功能是必不可少的
细胞膜的构建，维护和正常运作需要胆固醇。没有胆固醇，你的细胞将难以发
挥作用。胆固醇也帮助生产有利于消化脂肪的胆汁。胆汁有助于代谢脂溶性维生素
A，D，E和K。而所有这些脂溶性维生素和胆固醇一起存在于蛋黄中。
2、身体产生的胆固醇比吃的多
血液中的胆固醇主要来自肝脏和饮食。身体产生的胆固醇数量与摄入的多少有

不能跑。
然后有个免费的Fitness test。一个教练就和我说啊说啊，弄一些简单测试，然后说我
Muscle imbalance。这个不用他说我都知道，我右边半边的力量比左边强。
然后说很严重，给我找教练personal training。$100多一周，我觉得有点忽悠，而且
收费太贵，我也仅仅是奔着跑步机去的。所以就拒绝了。
但最后他给我做了体脂测试，说:10.6%，说很好。然后建议我加5kg肌肉，这也是他建
议要找教练的原因，因为我不知道怎么用健身房的那些铁器。
但我觉得这个10.6%太离谱，昨天自己上机器捣鼓了半天，测出来是17%，这个我想是正
确的。有几个问题：
1.大家经常健身的大致体脂在什么范围？
2.Runner的话应该体脂要比健身的人低吗？ 如果是低为什么Runner（黑人除外）都看
不到6packs而健身的童鞋身材线条都很好，而且很多6Packs很明显？
