--你要打喷嚏，你应该用袖管捂着嘴，没有袖子就拉开自己内衣领口。而不是往别人脸
上喷
--你拉肚子，找不到厕所，你应该拉在自己裤子上，回家处理，而不是当众拉下裤子，
大便完继续逛街
--你要放屁，请找没人地方，而不是当着一桌子人很响放屁
--你剪指甲，在家里处理，不要在公车上剪得指甲乱飞
--你要吐痰，到盥洗室。事实上一个健康人不会有痰。
总之个人hygiene 都应该在避开公众的地方做，保持自己尊严
土鳖生活方式其实还是折射出贫穷
比如之所以打喷嚏不用袖子捂着，是因为爱惜衣服，也因为不常洗澡洗衣服。所以把个

规定越是严格越好。什么的人可以接触和habdle 生肉 蛋奶 或者海鲜 需要遵守什么样

和速冻，哪些鱼需要冷藏哪些可以速冻，捕鱼的人必须细分得很清楚，搞错了市场根本
不认，价格差异巨大，必须冷藏的鱼被冻后大大跌价，因为口感味道天差地别，美国土

格的，一条鱼拉几泡屎就把他们自己给熏死了，怎么运，搞渔业的人都有一套成熟严格
