【侨报记者林宜莹、实习生何小舟9月20日纽约报道】位于法拉盛中心地段的缅街
潮坊餐厅18日在卫生局的检查中因被扣13分，而被勒令停业整顿。
18日晚九点左右，不少想去缅街上潮坊餐馆就餐的社区居民发现，原本灯火通明的
店内一片漆黑，走近才看到，门口贴了告示，原来是被纽约市健康及心理卫生局（New
York Department of Health and Mental Hygiene）勒令关门整顿。
纽约市健康及心理卫生局网站公示的检查报告显示，潮坊在关门前的最后一次卫生
检查中被扣掉13分，属于“红色”违规程度，根据规定被勒令关门整顿。检查报道还显
示，主要的卫生问题在于食物在保存、准备、运输、陈列和服务于顾客期间，并没有做
到远离潜在污染源，造成食品被污染的隐患，此外还有内部管道系统安装不正规、维护
不到位，以及污水处理系统失修或无法正常工作等问题。
19日，许多过往民众都注意到了贴在店门上的告示，他们对该店关门是否影响生活
的看法不一。

800美金”上，令人啼笑皆非。无论经营餐馆的华人老板，还是哥大门口练摊的小贩，
他们也都要承担“纽约城管”的压力。长久以来，纽约市对于练摊、摆摊之严格和摊主

【侨报纽约网报道】由纽约时报发起的一项调查显示，曼哈顿、布碌仑及皇后区的
部分建筑的水塔中存在大肠杆菌（E. coli, coliform）。同时，纽约时报还披露，纽
约市中数千座盛装着上百万纽约客饮用水的水塔，经年来从未依照相关规定进行过应有
的检测。
据NBC新闻网援引纽约时报报道，调查人员在纽约市曼哈顿、布碌仑和皇后区的12
座建筑水塔中提取水样进行化验后，发现了其中5座水塔所蓄水中含有存在于鸟类和其
他哺乳动物粪便中的大肠杆菌。根据联邦法律规定，当饮用水中发现大肠杆菌存在后，
该水塔所盛的水必须经烧开后才可被饮用。
据了解，该研究通过检测发现大肠杆菌的5座水箱及没有发现该细菌的另外三座水
箱后得出结论：虽然大肠杆菌本身并没有太大危害，但它可以为其他有害细菌的滋生提
供很好的生长环境。
此外，研究还发现，所有发现问题的水箱内的大肠杆菌几乎都存在于水箱底部，以
及供给整栋楼各户水龙头的水管之下，但是由于大楼的水流会在水箱中进行循环，因此

侨报纽约网报道】一家曾被《纽约时报》（New York Times） 和《纽约杂志》（
New York Magazine）盛赞且一度颇受大众好评的中国餐馆“粥城（Congee Chinese
Restaurant）”由于在上周未通过纽约市卫生局检查，因卫生不过关而被勒令停业。
据DNA信息网报道，“粥城”于9月19日在接受卫生抽查时，被发现该餐馆中不仅有鼠迹
，还有大量蟑螂和苍蝇，以及其他多项违规操作，而终被纽约卫生局叫停。另外，据检
查记录显示，该餐馆的大量菜品储存温度不达标，而且食品储存器皿并非每次使用过后
都进行彻底的清洗和消毒。
据纽约卫生局（Department of Health andMental Hygiene）称，该餐馆得到65个违例
点数(Violation Points，纽约市餐馆分级的评分标准，得到0至13分的为A级，14至27
分为B级，28分或以上为C级)。
该餐馆老板目前尚未就上述事件予以任何置评。

負責管理紐約市公共泳池的市公園局表示，所有公共泳池每日至少檢查三次用以消毒的
遊離氯(free chlorine)及水的酸鹼度，且一旦有人彙報發現漂浮排泄物，會立即清場
做清潔及消毒。皮膚科醫生稱，在公共泳池游泳導致皮膚病等傳染病的概率並不大，水
池中的屎尿雖噁心，但對皮膚這一人體屏障能造成的危害其實很小，民眾無需過度擔心。
市健康與心理衛生局(Department of Health and Mental Hygiene)指出，「水上娛樂
疾病」(Recreational Water Illnesses，簡稱RWIs)通常由泳池內的細菌引起，被吞入
或吸入後導致疾病。但公共泳池用以消毒的遊離氯通常能消滅大部分此類細菌，泳池工
作人員需要隨時調整遊離氯及池水酸鹼度來保證殺菌的功效。
民眾可通過在游泳用品店或雜貨店購買水質試紙，來檢測池水是否符合衛生標準，或直

從8月開始，紐約市所有餐館的生魚上桌前必須保證經過冰凍15小時以上，確保消滅寄
生蟲後方可上桌提供給食客享用。紐約市健康與心理衛生局(Department of Health
and Mental Hygiene)日前公布訂於8月1日起實行的新規，讓紐約人雖從此難嘗到新鮮
的生魚片，卻能保證吃到最健康和衛生的生魚，衛生檢查專員也將就此加大審查力度。
根據最新規定，所有生魚、半熟或生醃製的魚肉都需要提前進行冰凍，除了貝殼類、養
殖魚、龍蝦、鮪魚等海鮮之外，大約有上百種生魚類都必須要冰凍15小時以上、甚至一
周左右，方可消滅寄生蟲，才允許在餐館上桌。美國食品安全管理局的資料顯示，在華
氏31度以下的溫度冰凍生魚，至少15個小時以上才可以殺死寄生蟲。食用的時候沾上醬
汁和芥末，僅起到輕微的殺菌作用。
今年3月，紐約市健康與心理衛生局已經通過相關規定，近日公布之後，將從8月起開始
正式實行，另派專人加大檢查力度，目前具體的懲罰條例尚未公布。

皇后區法拉盛市中心車水馬龍的大口福餐廳22日突然關門，經紐約市健康與心理衛生局
(Department of health and mental hygiene)確認，該店因衛生不達標而被勒令停業
，而餐廳出現問題令很多顧客擔心。
在門口發傳單的目擊者表示，21日上午看到衛生局人員進入位於法拉盛緬街與40路交口
的大口福餐廳檢查，直至下午才離開，離開前在餐廳玻璃門上張貼了「關門」通知。「
大口福本來21日當天就應該要關店，但到晚上還在做生意，22日才暫停營業」。
大口福22日門口與窗戶可見多張衛生局的關門通知，店家卻貼有寫著「管道維修，停業
三天」的告示。據知情人士指出，大口福每月店租高達10萬元，關閉三天可能就損失近
萬元。大口福負責人鄭先生表示，「目前在維修，過幾天就會開門」。至於是否違規，
他回覆，「好事多磨，謝謝顧客支持」。
儘管商家稱是維修，店內西語裔員工22日不是在裝修，而是不斷洗刷賣燒臘布滿油漬的

有一白色老头衫衬着(BASIC就行)，长裤可穿2-3天，短裤，袜子一定天天换。胡子
要刮干净，还要洒点Cologne--最好洗完澡喷在身上，会持久一点。
2。 Life Style
这点也很重要，要去GYM(那MM更多)，把胳膊腿的都练练，多参加 Group
Exercise，如什么High - Low Class 之类。要知道目前演什么电影 |

We went there for Soy drink and You Tiao. The food tasted fine, but the
waiter's finger tip was in the soy drink when he served it. We sat close to
the kitchen. I happened to see that a waitress was slicing pancake with her
bare hands, no gloves or anything.
The place just seemed to have a low standard of hygiene. |
