Melatonin is taken at night time if you somehow have disrupted circadian
rhythm (sleep wake cycle), for instance you are a shift worker.
Diphenhydramine based sleeping drug. It is actually an anti-histamine that
has a side effect for drowsiness. Because it is such a safe drug, and has
been marketed as OTC sleep aid. However, my experience is that it loses its
effect after a couple of days.

但从大半年前开始，睡眠就开始变得很浅。一开始还好，也就是感觉晚上一直做梦，除
非有时候孩子半夜醒来要喝奶，我才会醒来，不然的话都可以一觉到天亮，所以一开始
也没怎么当回事，倒是养成了半夜醒来就看手机的坏习惯，但后来都戒掉了。
4个月前有一次晚上拉肚子，持续了个把星期以后，就开始每晚要醒两到三次，固定的
，糟糕的时候，晚上要醒七八次。大多数时间是可以马上睡过去，但也有醒了就彻底睡
不着的日子，最糟糕的时候一晚上只能睡1，2个小时，这个状况已经变成持久顽固型的
了，很是困扰。
看过医生，专门的sleep clinic，都没说什么，就给开药，我问什么原因造成的，都说
可能是压力吧。但我自己知道不是压力，除了睡眠问题让我很困扰之外，我没有其他压
力。而且我每天的困扰程度都相同，但睡眠却时好时坏，找不出心里因素的作用。
我不想吃anti-depressent，一是那个对于睡眠维持（晚上醒来）效果不大，二来，虽
然大夫都大咧咧说不要紧，但是我自己上网查过，顽固型失眠依靠药物并不是一个好的

reverse.
epidemiology says there is strong association between 分餐 or not and h
pylori infection. but this is not causal. 分餐 or not can also be strongly
associated with general hygiene conditions. one thing is clear: large amount
of h pylori can be present in feces. this may present a possibility that it
is related to fecal contamination.
there are other reasons that 分餐 is a good practice. |

50mg before bed. However it may have some side effect including dry mouth,
sedation, constipation and urinary retention, incresing risk for fall etc.
Try it 3 days and off for the 4th day. See it helps the problem. Does

age of 3. Have you been taking good care of his/her oral hygiene? For a 3
years old, most "back" teeth won't lose till 11 years old. So of course, the
cavities needed to be removed asap. It will be hard for the child to
cooperate, so laughing gas or even general anesthesia is required.
If you think $500 is too much, next time about getting tooth brush and floss
for your child. |

出门的衣服一定不在家里穿，回家第一件事是洗手，然后换衣服。
