Homogenize奶是怎么个操作法。我家乡有个奶场。小时候打牛奶是凭票 也参观过 觉得
鲜奶挤出来放上一段时间特别是冷藏后就会上面那层有油脂下面变的颜色会比较淡 白
色和淡白色会分明的析出来。不知道他们加了Homogenized的工序把牛奶杂质啊颜色弄
均匀会不会有写化学剂在里面。顺便问下有机奶都是真空包装巴士消毒的。防腐剂真的
不会加吗。我只是问问，没有催毛求疵，只是想如果有机只是个概念还是真的是有价值

我想不是homogeneous nucleation 使crystallization温度降低, 而是只有当温度足够低
时能有homogeneous nucleation induced crystallization发生. Super-cooling较小时
一般都是heterogeneous nucleation.

非常感谢！我也是实在没办法，多加了inhibitor。PMSF也加了。
加了inhibitor的lysis buffer放在冰里遇冷，然后从液氮里拿出tissue，立即
homogenize。。。。
我说的室温过夜是加了6xloading buffer，另外我的buffer里还有2%的SDS，这样也会
降解吗？ |

然后-80保存， 以后要homogenize 的时候拿出来直接加lysisbuffer
放bullet blender 放在冰柜里面打， 打完以后至少放冰上
protease inhibitor用多了没有什么额外作用 |

homogeneous the better. Regarding pulverizing, for some polymer pellets,
they are not easy to grind in fine powder form, even in the freezer/mill,

1）燃料棒烧了一段时间之后的确是中空的，中心都是fission gas，含有很多裂变产物
。不过新的燃料棒的确是实心的。不过这因该对中子的空间分布影响不大，反倒是有核
燃料的地方种子更密集，因为链式反应，就像您说的。其实只要控制棒能够把中子增值
速度降到临街条件以下，链式反应应该马上就会停止，因为种子在反应堆中的平均自由
程很短，种子分型速度又很快。余热因该大部分是因为还没有来得及衰变的裂变产物继
续衰变时产生的。
2）Meltdown之后，堆芯由燃料-水-燃料这种heterogeneous结构变成燃料和水混杂在一
起的homogeneous结构，根据我的记忆，一般反应堆里homogeneous的材料结构更不利于
链式反应，这也是为什么把堆芯设计成这种燃料和水交替存在的结构的原因之一（更容
易达到临界）。所以meltdown之后反应性是否会增强也有待考察。
我觉得meltdown对堆芯是毁灭性打击毫无一问，但是对外界环境的影响并没有这个词本

尚雯婕自《Nightmare》专辑开始，多次在专辑中收入了自己原创的英文，法文等非母
语歌曲。可以说用英文，法文填词，已经成了她的一个标志了。那么用非母语进行文艺
创作，究竟是如某些人诟病的那样是装逼行为，还是这确实是一种走向世界的方式呢？
用非母语进行文艺创作的作品，究竟能不能得到以该语言为母语的人们的认可呢？
下面，我打算从我有限的视野了解到的情况来个管中窥豹，仅作抛砖引玉，期望得到更
多的方家参与讨论。
我印象中，使用英语进行小说创作并获得了美国国家图书奖的哈金是第一个让我感到原
来中国人完全可以用非母语创作出美国人认同的小说作品的。他的成功让我意识到，非
母语并不是文艺创作的禁区，作品的好坏不取决于你使用哪种语言。
然后，还有一个著名的作家，就是创作了鼎鼎大名的《洛丽塔》的俄国人纳博科夫，他
本人也是一个移民，英语并非其母语。但是移民美国后，成为了大学英文写作课的教授
，还创作了世界名著《洛丽塔》。
互联网一搜，发现海外华裔用非母语创作取得成绩的还真不少，明镜周刊还评过一个十
大最有影响的海外华裔作家，并且主要都是文革后出国的。

直說不是很好?
美國有三億人口, 還是四億, 為了達到 3% 的誤差, 可能要打電話給三千人. 但是這數
目太大, pollster 不容易做到, 所以統計學說, 可以把這三四億人口 homogeneously
地分成幾塊(稱作 strata), 例如分成一百塊, 每塊人口是三四百萬. 這樣子,只要在選
定的一塊中隨機抽樣三十人, 就可以達到 3% 的誤差. 這樣的民調比較容易做到.
注意關鍵詞是 homogeneous. 意思是說, 每一塊里的人口組成在各方面都一樣, 性別,
黨派, 收入, 年齡....等等. 所以分 strata 不是那麼容易, 你不能隨便拿一個電話區
域號碼代表權美國, 肯定有錯.
樓主一直賣關子, 不肯/不敢明說, 但我猜他的意思是說 CNN 在分 strat 的時候就動
了手腳, 裡面的人群不是同質性的.

We found no clear spatial pattern of S. mansoni and hookworm eggs in fecal
samples. Homogenization decreased S. mansoni FECs (p = 0.026), while no
effect was observed for hookworm and other soil-transmitted helminths.
Hookworm FECs decreased over time. Storing stool samples on ice or covered
with a moist tissue slowed down hookworm egg decay (p<0.005).
