I believe I could do better if I started slower.After 3 miles, I did not
pass anybody but at least 7-9 runners passed me.Another thing is the weather
was too bad for a good HM run. |

It's a downhill course with 2000ft drop, fastest HM in the world. The name
is attractive. But it also messed up with my objectives. At start, I was
thinking of NYCM qualifying time 1:23. Felt warm and humid, HR was higher
than I expected. By mile 3, I knew the goal was unrealistic. Then I aimed to
PR(1:27). By mile 9, knowing it was not my day, I further reduced it to
Marathon pace run. The final result on my watch was |

This is my first race in HM, I had previous a couple of 10K and 5k races.
Pre-race:
Registered in UVHM in March, since then started running on weekends. My
previous long runs were about 6 miles, for this race, I ran 7 mile twice, 8
mile twice, 9 mile twice and 10 mile twice. On weekdays, I ran 3 miles
twice + mountain biking or short hike. So, my highest weekly mileage is
16mile.

ITBS). Then the left knee
joined at mile 10 ...not very serious though...o.w. I would not have been
able to finish it.
My first HM race is less than two weeks away. Should I try another long run
this weekend? I would
love to...but as a rookie, I am more concerned that I might hurt myself and
fail in the race later. What
do you guys think? I will do some intervals/tempo/crossing training this
week and the week after.

发帖数: 1006 | 23 Just finished my 1st HM @ Flushing Corona Park on Saturday. It was my 1st
race of any kind, there are School bands playing, people singing, people
with signs, everything is fun/ new to me. I am a very slow runner, and my
long run before the race was 11 miles and took me almost 2 hours. I
estimate my finish time for this race is about 2 hours and 30 minutes but
finished @ 2:07:26, still slow but much better than I though.. |

I don't need to follow a specific HM plan? I added a few MAF+15 tempo runs
before the 10K race but don't know if it helped or not. Personally I kind
of enjoy my current running schedule since I remember that I can't fully
recover in a day after the tempo/interval run.

this year but I am much slower than you. My target is still to do it under 2
hours.
I am still thinking to do the Jedburgh half marathon the end of this month.

情没有买表，正好看人推荐Nike+，看界面也还不错，就开始用了，顺路还可以听歌，
那时候也没有spibelt，手机留在长裤裤兜里。然后某日第一次跑了14m，就有了个半马
PR（1:41:06），顺带着有10K,5K的PR。当时不知天高地厚，也不知道成绩如何，还
post上来问过。后来看地图才发现不对劲，1m的路，差不多有1.3的样子，很多折子。
知道年初才知道自己的速度实际打不到这个目标。想删掉但又不想少里程，因为已经删
掉好几个不太靠谱的室内跑成绩了（nike+的indoor到底是怎么测的呀？有时候跑出来
也倒差不差的，有时候当然很离谱，尤其你走得多的时候，不过那也是早期，现在好像
好多了）。
今天也没想什么PR，只是上个月的跑量就没达标，比九月少了15m，而且long run太少
，这个月一来两天就下雨，gym里面最多只能设置90min跑，跑long run跑不起来，就想
今天正好多一小时睡觉，怎么也得龙润一下。于是7点多开车到gym，有5度左右，就开

for opponent, I have huge advantages. Hand history tracking site could not
track rush game so you could not get hand history from third party. However
if someone else is willing to share hand history with you(for example, 100K
hands exchange 100K hands, have to trust each other), do you want to do it?
That will expose your play, but...I also know FTP does not allow hand
history sharing, but...

could not find the missing hand history either. Basically since yesterday,
HM stop importing the cash HH. I found my tournament HH has been imported
successfully. dont know why cash HH does not work. |
