老板让我去另外一个实验室training学了一些
现在的题目是染色老鼠normal muscle vessel里的白细胞
做了两次都是阴性结果
另一个懂行的postdoc用荧光染色的方法也得到阴性的结果
我们一致同意muscle没有damage，是看不到白细胞的
我把结果告诉给老板
他跑过来说，两次结果能代表吗，要取muscle不同部位染色看看
我给他指出别的paper都是取mid-belly的section
他就是不信，还说我不是做老鼠的，不是做histology的
他怎么这么蠢呢，想出这么蠢的idea浪费我的时间
还要提出这么蠢得问题，继续浪费我的时间
再做一次也无所谓，反正肯定也是阴性的结果
现在想怎样答复老板呢
我想解释的清楚一些，为什么冷冻切片检测不到normal muscle vessel里的白细胞
有懂histology的吗？

mouse做这个positive control。可能会用老鼠血做一下，估计也只能看看抗体是否有
用。

staining negative control (right image) for every soleus tissue. The
staining negative control is with PBS incubation instead of primary antibody
and should be without any staining signal. We can compare every positive

有几个到十几个micron。

They won't ask you what kind of cancers. Just want know if you know
histology well.
if u really want to go path, and you better review histology and familiar
frequently seen tissue--skin, smooth muscle, skeletal muscle, cartilage, GI

me think the quality of the biopsy was probably not adequate.
For this case, it is not relevant because patient will most likely go for
surgery which will provide the ultimate whole block of the tumor.
But I would request a repeat biopsy if this patient presents with metastatic

在我的理解中，医学院和大学生物系教学里面教的histology其实就是
Medical Histology, 和病理学有很大相关，是要认人体组结构的。
比方说什么样的组织应该长什么样子，正常的心肌是什么样的，正常的肾小管又
该是什么样的。
大部分生物博士后只见过小鼠的组织，没有见过人体的组织。而且一般只认识他们所研
究的那一部分组织的样子，不知道其他组织的样子。 |

images into your brain!
even u need identify which part of the stomach--antroum, body or cardiac
areas!!! because different areas present different diseases sometimes and H
pylori!
seems after match, u didn't spend enough time on histology and warm up.

复习USMLE是从2012年9月份开始的,那时候还是八年制的最后一个学年，在旧金山的实
验室做交换学生
2012.9—2013.4（第一阶段）
病理： Gojian(但没有全看，覆盖约80-90%)
药理:Kaplan(note+ video)
生理：BRS
生化：Lippincott book + Kaplan video
微生物： MRS（微生物用药部分没看）
