he simply got an offer from a company when he was almost running out of OPT
of his original school .Then he came to a community college and received I20
and CPT within just 1 month.....
looks like you can apply for CPT right after you receive I20. And you can
use your CPT then. Am I correct? |

priority date for my eb2-perm application printed on it. Later my 485 was
accepted by USCIS without any trouble.
When submitting your 485, highlight in the cover page that your 485
application is based on an approved eb1-140, for which the cut-off date is "

year. Then the drama happend to EB2C in the past half year, will repeat
itself on EB3 ROW. It means EB3 ROW PD will jump by couple of months to a
year or so to build the I485 demand.
With 3012, ROW pd will move the same speed or even slower. |

What happend to them is that Fed reserve is trying everything they could to
save the house mkt.
In another word, house mkt may not look as good as it was in the past month.
Therefore, Fed comes out and said, FNM and FRE are removed from the 200
billions
cap. What it really means is that they got unlimited access to the money
and
is not allowed to fail from any circumstance. Stock below $1 will be removed
from the mkt, which can't be acceptable to the Gov. |

If most of that happend in China then you shouldn't worry, chinese
farmers -- even though they are known to feed crabs, pound fish with
antibiotic and eels with abortion pills -- have not known to feed their
cattles with GH yet

事情是这样的：圣诞节的时候和朋友一起去加州玩，租了一辆车，当时我租车时没有买
租车公司提供的collision，只买了liability, 但是随后在高速公路上追尾，出了事故
，还好人无大碍。经过漫长的等待以及与警方、保险公司、租车公司相互扯皮之后，现
在租车公司让我赔，所有的费用一起要7700多美元。
由于是出去玩，我没开自己的车，就是到了目的地租车。我自己的车保没有collision
这一项，所以他们也拒绝提供支付修车费用；
我以为用信用卡支付租车费用可以利用大多数信用卡公司推车的“事故无责任”保险，
结果不巧在priceline预订车用的是VISA， 而被租车公司扣除的其他费用（包括
liability insurance，机场费，加油费，异地取车费等）是划到了MasterCard上。
