any recommendations are appreciated.

发帖数: 1289 | 25 hunting license 是state发的打猎license （应该还需要不同的stamp）。这个
license是允许hunting，和枪支无关。但是，federal禁止非绿卡居民拥枪，但有
exceptions。hunting就是一个。所以如果不是公民或绿卡，一定要获得hunting
license才能legally买枪。
因为这个是federal规定，所以你不用一定要CA hunting license。我在San Jose但是
是持Illinois non resident hunting license。
要获取CA hunting license，有几个办法。
1 上至少10小时的课，然后考试（这是为什么09/01的课是从6am to 6pm） 政府应该有
subsidise，所以所有的hunting lesson都不贵。可问题是拖家带口的时间伤不起。
2 网上学习考试，然后再上至少四个小时的课。费用会高一些但时间灵活
