将来的3年，5年，10年，30年肯定获得高于市场平均的收益，Buffet也不敢这么说，即
使他过去做到了。相比于花钱让别人玩自己的钱去追求可能高于也可能低于平均的回报
，passive investor选择用最低的cost得到guranteed 市场平均回报，算上省下的cost
,实际回报当然是略微高于市场平均回报，beat一狗票fund manager, financial

但是这种理念在实际执行中，遇到非常的问题。
很多人没有意愿或者能力去学一些
金融概念。而且并没有足够的心理承受能力如果财富在金融危机发生时遭到腰斩。
尤其是对于年龄大的人来说，非常的不合适。作为保险产品的年金反而比较适合。
所以现在invest differyence 的概念不再局限在小红同学推崇的纯粹的index上。而是
会加上带有gurantee的 东西。但是again，加上保底的话，就不要期待同样高的回报率。
这也就是为什么从2005年以来，这么多家保险公公司推出IUL这个产品。这也就是为什
么这个产品的市场份额在 term， whole Lif e等保险产品中的份额越来越大。其实这
么多年以来，term这个产品的 市场份额基本保持 不变大概20～30%，如果没有记错的
话。wholelife产品的市场份额逐渐萎缩。
所以还是那句话， 适合自己的产品就是最好的产品。

他们开始找律师帮忙转H1B,才发现他们不知道cap except H1B 和 cap H1B的区别，律
师动作也比较慢，cap 2011 H1B被用完了，律师就建议用学校的H1B 转成20% part
time, 申请co-current employer, 我其实是想就此停止的，他们CEO不停打电话说多么
想让我去（后来才知道他们问什么只打电话，不用Email)，让我和老板商量，我一时脑
残就答应了，老板和系里先后都同意了，学校的DIS 开始申请LCA, 公司的律师也开始
动作。
