Unless you can excel at work, development space is limited. (2) Phd is

When a bank gives out loans, they can securitize the loan to sell to Fannie
or Freddie.
Fannie and Freddie is sponsored by the government. So it means, the bank can
transfer the risk to Freddie.
So why the bank should care how safe the loan is? Just loan to anybody, and
sell it to Freddie.
So let's say the government encouraged the sub-prime loan by provide

打算不和她打交道了。
两个问题：

们是一家吗。我要test only.他说他们忙的时候我就帮他们做。我也没在意，就做了。
做了SMOG之后告诉我HC高了。就是尾气不够环保超了10个点。让我花200到在他那里换
火花塞。nnd虽然我是老车，但是从来没有fail smog。最后收了我37刀，说下次要是过
了的话，再给8刀。我一想，这越南仔不是好人。我必须去test only station.他这里
肯定不是。
我自己这里去SMOG test之前就开了5分钟。 早知道应该在高速上跑个半小时，把车预

本身在这里看到的信息就只能算是信息，谁都没有Gurantee的，要不然就成先知了
看到的信息只能自己分析，觉得适合就上，不适合就观察，以确定自己的判断是否正确
这样才是正确的心理。

Main difference is that in China postdoc and students are paid by the
goverment so most money goes to research. With 1, you can get at most one
person till you get your own grant. So seems research-wise one can do more |
