programming的cross over。老师在白板上画了genetic algorithm cross over的图，
和genetic programming的cross over的图，然后提问说，这两者在cross over上最主
要的不同是什么？有一两个同学跃跃欲试地回答了问题，但都不是老师想要的答案，同
上一门相对陌生的课，我也并不比自己的小伙伴们有更多的想法。后来，实在等不到正
确答案，老师就直接给我们讲genetic algorithm cross over后基因的位置是不变的，
但genetic programming的cross over因为是swap subtrees，subtrees的大小不一，所
以基因的位置就可能会被打乱。

precision medicine （PM） 主要的aim就是通过genomic/genetic analysis来 帮助
临床诊断， 临床治疗指南，推动 靶向治疗药物的研发。 PM有希望 完全改变临床 癌
症诊断 和 治疗的指南。
接下来的20年，NIH NCI 会往PM里面扔很多钱，估计PI们来申请 PM相关的科研，主要
的目的可能会有几个方向：
1. 哪些突变 容易引起某系癌症？ （如同bmwcar说的）但是，这个领域，已经基本上
被挖光了。。。 类似BCL-ABL 的 determinant gene 导致 的 癌症，估计已经发现的
差不多了 （BRCA，VHL，BCL-ABL, NF1, NF2,........ 一大堆）。
2. 哪些 突变/genetic background 让病人 的肿瘤 对 某些化疗药 更sensitive？ 那
些让病人的肿瘤 对 化疗药物 resistant? （目前 相同 肿瘤病人 几乎接受的是一样
的standard的化疗...）

发帖数: 260 | 44 两年一次的中科院院士增选总是你那么令人瞩目，鉴于2011年和2013年产生的系列“事
件”，本次科学院院士增选选择了直接公布了第二轮名单。何以见得？2011年初步候选
名单77人，进入第二轮30人，最终当选9人（朱玉贤、张学敏、张明杰、李林、赵玉沛
、康乐、黄路生、舒红兵、葛均波）；2013年初步候选名单88人，第二轮没有公布，最
终当选9人（金力、赵继宗、施一公、桂建芳、高福、韩家淮、韩斌、程和平、郝杰）
。从名单上看纯临床医学背景1-2个，作物遗传昆虫~2个，纯生命科学和医学基础5-6个
；2015年实际上是直接进入第二轮名单，候选人30个。
虽然2015年生命学部院士候选人没有首轮名单，但是根据几个一级专业学会（遗传
、生化分子、细胞）推荐的名单约略可以知道部分候选人信息，这部分详见博文2015年
院士增选生命科学领域部分公示名单，不过很遗憾细胞生物学会推荐的董晨教授没能进
入第二轮，国内免疫领域董晨教授的学术水平国内应在Top3（个人觉是No.1^_^），此
