果你不想他的态度影响孩子，选一个孩子不在或者睡觉了，时间充裕的时候，心平气和
的交流对一件事不同的看法。
他说他的道理，你反驳他的道理。 但都不发脾气，更不能爆发。都讲道理，不靠态度。
很有可能，你不能成功辩论到他的道理。 他不听你的，也不屈服于你，也不要
frustrate。
这个交流，至少你们双方能明白对方对教育孩子的态度是啥，能理解对方为啥这么做。
下次，他未必听得方法去教育孩子，但你可能能理解为啥他要这么教育，不会那么
frustrate他不按你的规则出牌。
在你们俩的交流过程中，我能看到他试图在和你交流，而你回避这种交流，只想让他听
你的。
他觉得frustrate，自己的意见没人在乎；你觉得frustrate,他怎么还不Follow你的规
则。
你能到bbs上敞开交流，还是个心胸开阔，也愿意听别人意见的人。 如果你也愿意听你

前学一两个新的。报的是琴行group的课，三个小孩，酱油娃已是里面学的最好的了，
其他两个白孩子，估计家里没琴吧，每次只有上课时候弹一下，所以我们的进度已经是
很超前。老师布置的可以完成，有时还会自己提前学上几个。报名学琴，当然也不是娃
自发。妈给报名，软毛硬泡愿意去试试，所以三个月下来的成果，妈觉得也算可以了。
每个人学琴的目的不同，所以方法应该也不同。娃妈的出发点，1）锻炼脑子，2）打发
时间，3）培养兴趣，4）锻炼毅力，不怕困难。
现在的问题，碰到练新的，娃很容易frustrated。因为才学没多久，谱也刚刚开始看，
我看娃也是一知半解。新的上手，弹三次不会，娃立马放弃，到她的沙发上固定的小角
落，躺下不干。但是过几个小时，或者过一天，又愿意再次尝试这个新的曲子。基本第
二天，最多第三天，还是可以练下来的。练下来就很高兴，每天也都愿意复习旧的曲子。
娃妈觉得老是容易frustrated是个坏毛病，但是最后挺快也能练下来，有时候星期六爹

我想问几个问题
1 当连续100手牌里，或者拿不到好牌，或者拿到好牌其他人都没什么牌，你会不会觉
得frustrated
2 连着输4到5手牌，你会不会frustrated
3 连着被bad beat 4到5手牌，你会不会frustrated
4 当你感觉对手打的差，但是运气很好，老是赢你，你会不会frustrated
5 你make move的原因是什么，平衡自己的line？有没有wishful think？有没有结合
game的dynamic真正估计对手的calling range？如果你就是不信自己不能赢（fold
equity也好，draw out也好），那你跟那些live 1/2的action player还有什么两样？
话说的有些狠，但是我觉得玩到你这个级别，还比较容易的受牌局影响，甚至经常性的
on tilt，或者还有觉得fold就是认输投降，ego上转不过来，我觉得不太能够理解。
真的该歇一歇，好好想想这些个问题，确认一下自己的主要盈利来源。
感觉自己开始打得emotional的时候可以不玩，很多情况下，少输钱也是种盈利。my2c |

把地铁比喻成血管很有味道。记得好像是地下3层？第一次去是很震撼。
很多年前还是做学生的时候，和一帮毕业实习的外国朋友，驾着公车去巴黎，由一位土
生土张的法国小伙领路，伴着他美丽的法国女友去巴黎市郊的家。一路听着艾薇儿的

在Metro的阴暗巷道里我们应吭高歌，
土生土张的法国小伙带着我们，在同性恋聚集的餐厅晚餐，夜色里穿越小巷光顾各色酒
吧，半夜意犹未尽的一帮人，只有到加油站买酒，回来在阁楼烛光夜宵。。
早晨去面包店，看着美丽的面包姑娘，用刚学的法语，买baguette, etc...
原来巴黎人的咖啡是用碗喝的？
原来巴黎人打招呼是说傻女，不是跛脚的。。。
那正是个“放荡不羁”的年轻时代！现在看着大家在枫丹白露的照片，那对年轻的法国

是总是和他们沟通你的想法和感受。关于你想给谁留下什么样的印象，就楼主说的情况
看，是个很自然的事情。毕竟director和你的事业有关系，希望给director留下
professional的印象是人之常情。关于穿jeans变childish，我觉得这个因人而异。如
果你谈到的问题和你的工作/学术不是很有关系，那么显得有人情味一些，随意一些，
并不一定是坏事，也并不一定说明你给director留下了不好的印象。即使谈到的问题是
和工作/学术有关，那么无论是谁碰到frustrating的事情，都会有一些反应的，只要你
的眨眼嘟嘴并没有持续很久（比如半分钟以上），那也只是你自己表达你的
frustration的方式而已，没有好坏之分。别人评价你的时候，往往不很在意你怎么表
达你的frustration(只要不是太夸张),别人更在意的是你怎么handle你的frustration
解决问题。所以我觉得楼主不用太担心。另外每个人都有不同的性格方面，所以楼主不

我的meeting通常涵盖来自5个不同departments的senior faculty。很可怕。我也经常
被弄的很frustrated.一般我的策略是：
1）对自己做的小方向一定要非常了解，不一定多细致的问题都会被问到；对自己的大
方向，得是有前瞻性的了解 （为什么可以从funding org拿到钱）。
2）了解跟你meeting的人都做什么，读一些他们的paper，一定要想办法联系到自己的
东西上面，让对方觉得你们有可能合作（这个是最重要的）。实在建立不起任何联系，
那就了解一下他们的研究都做啥，对你有可能有启发性的。
我每去一个学校，都会弄一个file，里面至少有20篇paper来自20个要见面的faculty，
还有他们的cv。我是把问每个人的问题都写下来的，见面的时候还做笔记。因为他们可
能会说一些书啊，paper啊，对你有帮助。
3）被质疑，是一定的。不可能每个人都赞同你做的东西，你的idea。被质疑的实在很
frustrated的时候，就想，说明1） 这个faculty起码了解你在做什么，2）你做的东西

思。我老公也是一点都不明白其中的繁琐。
这次本来我是不想管了。可是老公就在那像一滩泥一样不知如何下手。于是指导，先拍
照片。
结果可好。拍个照片拍了1，2周了还没解决。老公的姐姐给婆婆拍。根本连一点证件的
意识都没有。拍了个窗帘背景，前额头发盖着眉毛。。。。。。说了一通后，又是一张
头顶一小部分没拍进去，背后有个电灯开关。。。。。。
突然之间觉得太frustrated的。公婆还有我的父母，受教育程度低，一丁点事情都办不
了。事无巨细，都得子女操心。这到底是谁的错啊？时代的错？有时候觉得我们这代人
太累了。上辈要照顾，晚辈要照顾。还不得像上辈那样指望着老了啃小。当然了，
frustrated归frustrated，该干什么还是要干什么。
有时候想想，自己老了会是什么样子？也是啥都不知道吗？或许是自己受点教育了，以
后对于时代变迁也会应变的比较快？

得我自己也有病）。
做父母的看到孩子delay都会很着急。可是，既然没有确诊，对孩子教育方面就不应该
贴上标签。我赞成干预，干预会使一些早期delay得到改善。加上孩子自然的pace，很
多delay就会慢慢消失。
但你家孩子的行为，相信不止一个人（不管是阅读你的文字还是从你生活中几眼）会说
，是正常的2岁孩子的行为，肯定不是自闭才会导致那些行为。你是个用心的妈妈，同
时也是一个高要求严格标准比较强硬的妈妈。你拿4，5岁孩子的要求去衡量你儿子。而
且，我想说，他确实是一个很聪明的孩子。
我想说，2岁多孩子，很少focus span会长达2个小时。2岁多的孩子，能把话说清楚已
经很不错了。2岁多的孩子，渴望是每天回家和妈妈傻玩，哪怕傻坐。2岁多的孩子，也
有情感，强硬久了就会反抗。
你会说没有规矩不成方圆。但同时不要忘记，这是一个只有2岁半的孩子，孩子就是孩
子，需要用孩子的规矩去要求他，需要去感受他的感觉。

和小黑的第一次接触，记得是因为我给她回了一个帖子，里面误把她的ID搞错了，她很
郑重其事的特意给我邮箱写信纠正，给我留下了深刻的印象。
而后慢慢发现她在圣迭戈版上算是个名人。而她带儿子去参加的那个社区的亲子班，我
后来在她的介绍下加入了，觉得效果很好。现在我也在她的带动下加入了义工的行列，
和小黑一起开过几次会，小黑文中提到的去食物银行的那次活动，我和儿子也参加了。
这两天版上大水滔天，我本来是只打算旁观的（抱歉，本人一向是潜水一族，喜欢看热
闹，再加上马上要生老二了，实在是腾不出空来），不过感觉不把我所了解的情况说出
来，似乎如鲠在喉，心里很别扭。再次声明，我发文的目的只是给大家提供一个尽可能
客观的旁观者的描述，能让大家（包括小黑本人）在分析这件事情和如何帮助孩子上提

贴一段儿医的建议作为参考，我觉得我们的处理方式还是合理的。我觉得我家的小家伙
在心情平静的状态下挺乖的，所以想办法让她平静下来不应该是错误的做法。强塞，我
觉得是家长losing temper的举动，不太合适。管理和规范toddler的行为需要建立家长
的权威。而这个权威的建立不应该是在力量的基础上，而应该是在家长处理toddler行
为的理智和前后一致性上。

这个孩子的表现一点儿都不可笑，这个incident反映了两个完全不同的问题，其实都很
严重，都反映了父母的教育有严重缺失。
问题1）： 如何处理自己的frustration，关于这个大家说了很多,我不再添加很多评论
，只说基本要求就是：不能如果有frustration就歇斯底里，这个是孩子应该学会的基
本教养 － 尽管很多作父母的竟然一听到“教养”就要出来发飙（and I find that
amusing），但不能因此否认教养的存在。这个孩子跟父母之间有可能是通过“闹”来
解决问题的，所以跟老师也套用了这个方法。
问题2）： 导致她这次发作的frustration，是怎么来的？这个问题很关键，我有兴趣
来comment几句，仅供参考。
其实，小孩子面临这个问题2），很多父母都没想明白， 所以没法教给孩子如何面对

今天白天在单位附近打球，有一个人跟我打了会聊天
问我打了多久，我说马上就正好两周年了，因为我记得很清第一次摸拍就是前年法网
此人很惊讶，他说打两年的人没有打球这么上旋的，这个需要专门练的
问我是不是打ping pong或者别的，我说我ping pong也是chinese里仅有的不会的
我说我真没找人学，自己也说不清楚咋就成了这风格了
此人啧啧赞叹了一会，聊起USTA，我说我非常FRUSTRATED，单打还行，双打经常被菜
他说，当你下次frustrated的时候，就想想对方打了多少年了，好多那些人都打了二三
十年了，你才两年，不要frustrated，哈哈
此人教了我几招volley，感觉很受用，基本上就是急停，不要加多余动作
