章很麻烦，耽误了2个多月，材料才得以从学校寄出。个人觉得申请算是比较顺利。把

回顾从step1自己闭门造车考了只带一个9的分数， step2开始参加小组学习，做了所有
能做的题只为拿个99，虽胸有成竹且考试感觉很好，最终但又得到一个9的分数。虽然
这次成绩不高，依然很高兴，毕竟不用发愁如果没过的话住院医开始后没有时间复习该
咋办。过去的3年中得到太多人的帮助 (此处略去人名20个)，绝大多数甚至从未谋面。
今天发贴也是为了回报我们这个社区吧。
自我介绍：毕业>15年，220+/220+/1st/210+；
复习时间：6月，头4个月每天约2-3小时，周末由于陪孩子们玩（前两年欠的太多，你
懂得）及做点家务（再不做但心被老婆炒掉），反而复习不了多少；最后2个月每天4小
时，鼓励自己考了这个2年内再不用受这个罪。

的弯曲（即使是脚往前伸的时候），落脚点在身体重心下方。小步高频比较安全。
2) 10% rules: 每周Mileage增加不超过10%，每周的speed work (interval, tempo,
repeats)不超过总Mileage的10%.
3）系统训练之前要有base training, high mileage low speed/heart rate. 最好在

break is just a term used by non-professional.
However sometimes doctors might use "clean break" to describe a fracture
with one clean identifiable fracture line, as opposed to "communited
fracture." Clean break is generally considered as a better scenario. |

我最近忽悠了几个local runner来做高精度骨结构扫描，看到一些有意思的结果。样本
很小，就4个（还加上我自己）。3个的trabecular bone (松质骨)结构和正常人有差异
，主要体现在有变粗变大的骨小梁，并且成片连接在一起。初步估计，在开始过长时间
，过大负荷的给予骨头Loading,unloading，造成了非常小的microfracture,
microdamage，恢复后就形成了microcallus(骨痂）。唯一一个跑完骨头一点事没有的

resting, I would recommend you to see an orthopedic doctor since it is
basically a clinical diagnosis of stress fracture on physical examination
with localized pain to palpation and swelling.
The tibia is the major weight-bearing bone in the leg. Tibial stress
fractures are common in athletes and nonathletes who suddenly increase their
physical activity.

我这个星期被了个崔的，上周日不知道咋的右腿痛，走一步痛一下，像是给东西撞了一
下一样。
周一，不管3721去跑步机上跑，撑了8迈，死去活来，感觉刺痛的厉害，下来，玩
stationary bike，琢磨着，不到10迈，不好意思啊，就又去跑步机上慢跑，痛感不但
没有消失，越来越重，最后1.5迈，感觉要趴窝了。记着自己看过的stress fracture和
shine split啥的，越想越害怕，就歇了，总算这次没high就歇下来了。想，睡一觉，
没准就好了。

if it's clavical fracture you are talking about, 9 out 10 is treated
conservatively, with a slint for immoblization,
surgery is required only if one of the following,
1. it's an open fracture, where the bone stick out through the skin
2. comminuted fracture, where it broke into many pieces,
3. major nerve/vasculature compromise,
4. non-healing after a while(i don't know what is a while though, maybe 6
months?)

ICU... Two fractures around
cheekbone, one fracture on the neck, and one fracture in C1. 15-20 stitches
around left eye... Fucking insane. Plastic surgeon sewed me up like magic and told me i will look as handsome as
before, hoho.
Thank god, no spinal cord damages. Otherwise, i could have died on the spot or be paralyzed from the neck down...
Promised myself no more crits... Simply not worth it.

Further testing revealed that Cam Newton has two transverse process
fractures in his lower back and no further internal injuries.
If you recall, Tony Romo had a transverse fracture in his back and missed
just one game. Cam Newton has of those two fractures

ever had, including stress fracture
and knee injuries, I have never been forced out of running for more than a
week (except one time I sprained
my ankle severely while playing soccer).
But I should point out that X-ray CANNOT detect stress fracture. If you
really believe that you had a stress
fracture, you need to do a bone scan which is a somewhat complicated
procedure. |
