上去医院拍片，发现是锁骨骨折，医生说不需要任何治疗，可是我看片子他骨头有明显
错位，医生说新骨会把两侧拉平，我还是不太放心，总觉得应该固定一下。请问是象医
生说的这样吗？谢谢大家了！ |

You need to know yourself how to be a good patient or family of patient. If it means being blindly rebellious or obedient to you, then it will be very hard for you to work with patients or colleagues.
It doesn't appear to me you have learned the very basics in medical school, not only the basic knowledge, but also the way to learn and apply your knowledge.

exam. It does not mean I have known everything for the medical treatment in
USA because I have never been working in hospital here. Because of my
medical background, I always question the right way of the treatment for me
and my family.
I rarely come here. I got very good suggestion here last time when I had
questions. That is why I come here ask questions because I know there are

发帖数: 3966 | 4 我儿子的锁骨也骨折过，是在他三岁的时候。因为他左臂不愿意活动，儿科医生摸出他
肩膀有点肿，估计是骨折，才叫去医院拍片。后来看片子是有一道裂缝，什么都没做，
只给开了吊胳膊的绷带。两个当班医生给我们解释了很久，也是说会完全长好。不过我
还是给他贴了骨科敷料。他也很快就没事了。
虽不是医生，但也经历过多次骨折。做为一个妈妈，我觉的你没去给孩子照那30多个片
子是对的。不知你孩子的骨头错位是怎样的，是骨头已经断开不在一条线上吗？我的侄
子小臂骨折时，国内的医生也是给接了好几次，一定要把骨头接正了，才能长直。

Actually I do not think you are a good doctor because of your attitude. I
did not mention I graduated from medical school here because I do not think
it is necessary. I am here for suggestions and help. I will do the same
thing to pay back all the kindness I received after I become a doctor.

to be a bit more rational.
It's good to ask the doctor for explanation/clarification, but that's not
the same as being suspicious all the time. If you really don't trust the
ped then better get another one.

if it's clavical fracture you are talking about, 9 out 10 is treated
conservatively, with a slint for immoblization,
surgery is required only if one of the following,
1. it's an open fracture, where the bone stick out through the skin
2. comminuted fracture, where it broke into many pieces,
3. major nerve/vasculature compromise,
4. non-healing after a while(i don't know what is a while though, maybe 6
months?)

One thing I am worried is that the doctor did not even give a sling to
immobilize the arm. And my son has started to move his arm all around. What
I do is to make sure he does not move too much. I always get his toys around
him to prevent he crawling and stretching his arm too much. I am actually
thinking about making a small sling for his little arm.

What
around
i think for a baby of his age, when he goes to sleep, bundle him up pretty
good so he won't move around that much during his sleep,
make sure when you lift him up not to hyperextend his arm,
unfortunately, the pain will probably limit his mobility on that arm/
shoulder,
it's gonna be tough on the kiddo, good thing is he probably won't remember
much of this when he grows up, best of wishes
