大多数人不会把食人和苏联联系起来。Timothy Snyder的《血之地》（Bloodlands）告

说"left side impact sensor, the vehicle has been in an accident and needs to
go to body shop fore repairs."
我说没有accident,他指着车门上一道刮痕说就是这个
实际上那个刮痕是1年前就有了,一次停得靠大树太近,开门的时候车碰到树上去了
为什么当时没问题,过了1年airbag灯才亮
可是也没办法argue,因为刚好是那个门的sensor出了问题
请问这种情况可以和dealer吵吗?
另外如果自己拿去修的话,可以和保险公司claim报销费用吗?
新车,买的是全报.
