's a smart girl and because of that, she doesn't really study hard. her
grade is like hovering top 20 out of a class size of 400. she spends tons of
free time online, chatting and playing games. so my relative is thinking
that she may better use her time if she can do some preparation and apply to
college in the us.

4 way的,感觉比原来的grand marquis的stock spk各方面还是要好很多,基本满足了我
这分辨率不高的耳朵
BTW:个人感觉没必要买wiring harness或者电焊,拿把改锥直接把wire往原来harness插
口里塞,挺紧的,再绝缘胶布一包.

今天我们拒绝了他们,且我们退了人家的Application fee,他们会找什么麻烦?
第一次买投资房,昨天的一户人家来看,我们双方都感觉不错.昨天的是曾经Fore
Closure过的,但面相感觉很好,象是那种生活较仔细的那种.他们主要是为了小孩上更好
的中学而来.
今天的一户让我们感觉更好,很大大列列,属于豪爽型.退伍军人,收入完全由政府包了.
我LG属于冲动型的人,而且听朋友说主要看面相,比background check更重要.当场就签
字同意这第二户. 正其间,昨天的那第一户带小孩也过来来看房子,LG过去一个劲地给人
说"I'm sorry",并未提及任何原因拒绝人家.
我也是事后才觉得我们干事过于草率,还没check过第二户退伍军人的background就签字
了.拒绝第一户太粗鲁.
现在那个第一户EMAIL说是要找我们的麻烦.我LG说pology 一下就行了,我感觉好象不这
么简单. 第一户说是5月底能搬进来,第二户说是5月19号搬进来,当然也给了我们几千块
的支票.

预付房租有implied return，这个有悖常理啊。 你是说预付有discount吧？
我同意什么要涨价就要fore runner. 先买。 不过具体操作就要有技巧。
房子你可以先买，石油/天然气/食品呢？ 最好就是financail product. 省掉
transaction cost, liquidity risk，比如REIT/Oil/NG/AG ETF.
这哥们看贴不仔细啊。 我不是在帖子里说了， 关键看asset和risk appetie.
我给的建议比较高return，对我来说risk/reward刚刚好。 对保守人士可能就受不了。
你所说的这些，不过把我的话rephrase一下，换个方式说出来，这样听起来有
