I am not sure over flow is your problem. Taking a bath is your problem.
When you shower, water is flow down at a much smaller rate and pressure,
after you take a bath, you unplug the drain, a lot of water is coming down
at the much faster rate and pressure. That is a small leak in the drain line
(not necessary in the over flow part) that need to fixed.
If you have warranty, you should call them first, if they don't fix it, you
can repeat the process but not let any water go into the over flow an

我估计这个net cash flow没把owner自己的人工算进去。
不过即便是即便减掉10万的人工，只有8万的cash flow，still too good to be true.
想想如果有个35万的房子，房租能收回8万每年，是不是一下就被抢掉了。（这里假设这个店可以一直开下去）
