of issuers/originaters. a client come seeking certain risks, you do a deal
with them, and try your best to hedge away the risk you take on.

2. interest expense不是可以抵税吗？这里为什么只考虑depreciation的抵税效应？是假定债
权人也要缴纳税金，并且税率和公司税率一样？ |

不是part of operating, depreciation是。 顾名思义就好。
一般在captial budgeting的时候，都是对firm而言的，在算return的时候，才用想是
对firm还是equity. |

大家有关于美国金融大机构做equity trading/investing的公开介绍资料或分析网站可
以分享的吗？
比如整个ETF market, like SPY, 有多少daily trading share/volume 是coming from
big institutions like hedge funds, mutual funds, banks, insurance companies
, etc, 并且这些机构每月每日买入卖出的大概日期或时间。
我查了些网上的资料，主要是去这些 ETF website, 但信息量非常有限。
我猜测这些信息对做day trade 会有不少帮助。 求助版上的高人指点。 |

涅盘是什么？初果是否体验了涅盘？本文从北传杂阿含351经，南传相应部12相应68经
「见井水而无绳罐」的譬喻，结合十二支缘起，提出一种解释。
SA 351, SN12.68 都说∶涅盘就是「有之灭」。本经也提到了十二支缘起，『以取灭而
有灭』等。十二支缘起的「有」支，是指来世的「后有」，而不是这一生的五蕴。阿罗
汉断尽烦恼，取灭而有灭，虽然还有这一生的五蕴，而能体验到来世的「后有」灭，也
就是触证涅盘。阿含经中阿罗汉证果的定型句「我生已尽，梵行已立，所作已作，自知
不受后有。」，是因为阿罗汉已经体验到后有的灭，所以才能肯定我生已尽。
与此对比，有学圣者虽能现观「以取为缘而有后有」，但是还不能断「取」，也就无法
灭「后有」，所以经文有「见井水而无绳罐」的譬喻，知道而作不到，也就是知道涅盘
的法则如此，但还无法体验涅盘。
不知道如此解释，是否与其他阿含经文抵触？欢迎大家讨论。

发帖数: 1978 | 28 knight内部有最起码两个desk，表面上的market making是flow desk，他们内部还有用
flow desk的存货做prop trading的desk。最近听说他们招了好些account manager，但
是招进去以后发现根本没所谓的account.
另外，一般的flow desk，虽然会按market maker obligation在市场上挂单，但是都基
本上没可能打到的单。如果他们是狂放order的话，或者有大的flow进来，或者有大的
货要清仓，trader没可能不知道。他们market making的数学model，虽然很可能对小股
票会出现singular output，但是那么大的量，做了30分钟才停，完全不可能是。
knight的问题，从他们09年高层分裂开始就开始比较明显了，flow这一块，从08年
retail flow渐渐消失以后，日子是越来越难过。 哪怕是knight / citadel / citi-

不过人比较nice，希望好运吧。
1.他说warm up一下，说了一大堆，我才搞明白他的意思是，电影里经常有人拿报纸剪
下很多字母，然后拼成一句话去给别人发威胁message之类。（他一上来就说kidnap小
女孩之类，把我吓坏了，以为要写个绑匪和cops的design题。。。。）
然后让我实现一个function，看看能不能拼成一个message。
因为时间过了挺久，我就有点着急，赶紧写了一个hashtable的方法。然后他问我如果
这个message有重复单词怎么办，我才发现自己的bug（只是考虑newspaper里有没有这
个字母，而没有考虑字母的数量），改了一下。

，有正有负，黑点连线是这个money flow的累加。起点是两年前，因为能拿到的数据只
有两年。
价格图蜡烛图是spy的，money flow是DJUSTM是包含全部股票的指数。这个指数的走势
和spy比较接近，所以可用来替代。
最近两个星期的money flow数据和指数严重背离。如此money flow的大幅流出一般要和
指数的大幅下跌相对应。如此指数上涨的情况以前也有过两次，用红色标出。第一次是
11年的大头部之前，那段时间指数稳步上扬，但money flow大跌，之后指数继续稳步走
高，money flow也回升，但没有超过之前的高点，然后就开始头部了。第二次在12年三
月份的头部初期，那之后指数也随money flow一直跌到六月初的底。 这次的背离最明
显，如果单看money flow的累加曲线，跟指数大跌时候的劲头相仿。所以说呢，有可能
这次头部已经展开或者行将展开。又或者，数据量太少，不足以说明问题。wsj不提供

flow。
flow是什么呢？比如想象空间中的一个光滑曲面，曲面上的函数叫flow。也就是在曲面
的每一个点上都取一个不同的值，这个函数（值）不就在光滑的曲面上flow起来了吗？
如果每个点上取值不是一个数，而是一个向量，想象曲面上每一点切平面上的一个向量
，每个点上的向量大小和方向还不同，这就是一个vector flow。可以想象成一个向量
在一个光滑曲面上flow起来了，flow到不同的地方，它的大小和方向还可以逐渐改变。
tensor，张量，本身也可以看成是一个向量。哪个空间的呢？张量空间的。张量空间也
是一个线性空间，每个元素，也就该空间的每个向量，是一个张量。这样看的话，
tensor flow是vector flow的一个特例。
张量空间是要定义一下的。数学上这个定义比较抽象。 |

Most choose to run center at higher water and the right slot at lower flows.
There is a nice tongue left of center at flows around 750 cfs. After Chukar

think investment RE must focus on cash flow, cash flow and cash flow.
many ppl more interest in ultra high appreciation in RE and sacrifice with
negative cash flow, they need to relearn the truth of RE investing in a long
term market.
