科学的理论总是建立在事实上。
基督教的回应：科学其实不断的在改变，而科学的改变是受周围文化的预设所影响的。
科学并不 “中立” ，并不 “客观” 。科学家都被自己的预设和自己
的宇宙人生观所控制。科学家会犯错；也会制作虚假 (不乎合事实) 的理论。历史上，
科学从未能用事实来推翻圣经的任何一句话。不同的科学家，他们的理
论可能与圣经冲突；可是科学并没有任何能推翻圣经的证据。

网友们的这个接力分析很辛苦，很用力，是群体智慧的结晶。
真相很给力。
谣言的问题在于，制造和传播太简单了，而分析和治理相对成本要高的多，即使被戳破
也能过段时间重新拿出来继续骗，这个骗不了，还可以去骗另外一个，反正总能找到自
己的土壤。
所以眼下只能指望志愿者义工们出来，找些典型谣言文来戳破，警告那些智商较低，总
是习惯性上当受骗进而义愤填膺或跟着种族自虐的小笨蛋。从这个意义上来讲，故意埋
藏破绽地雷的钓鱼文，起到的其实就是疫苗免疫针之用。

这个问题过去就是基本没有什么争论，95年Card和Kruguer的文章出来，引来一些方法

的争论，多数文章指出他们不对，上面我引的那个数据是2000年的。
我都不是这个领域的，不过我两年前恰巧读过一个业内人士的综述。里面还提到David和
Kruger后来基本承认了方法上的flaw。
你说的调查，96年那个应该受到95年文章的影响。后面的调查涉及到了最低工资的其他
方面。超出就业率之外有一些涉及价值判断的问题有不同看法完全不奇怪。 |

民主就是由人民统治国家。实现人民统治国家的方法、“人民”的范围和定义在不同时
代、不同国家都有不同。
民主的形式有直接民主和代议民主，现在广泛采用的是代议民主。
直接民主是由人民投票决定政府政策,比如，国家是否要建高铁、调整税率、教育投入
多少等等政府政策，需要由全民投票决定。这个典型的是古代雅典的民主。
代议民主，就是人民不直接投票决定政策，而是投票选出民意代表来加入政府或议会，
来实行决定权。
中国怎么样才算民主了？中国的democracy index进入flawed democracy组就算是实现
民主了。目前中国还在专制国家组，在专制组之上还有混合政体组，再之上是缺陷民主
制度，再之上是full democracy.
民主后会是怎么样的一个国家？

主的一个标准。
如果你非说那是西方人掌握话语权，那我也没办法，民主本来也不是东方发明的概念呀。
按照democracy index，美国是一个民主国家，而且是民主国家里的full democracy （
共25个国家，美国排第17）。而葡萄牙、法国、意大利、希腊则是flawed democracy,
印度和台湾也在此列。亚洲的full democracy有日本和韩国。
为什么美国的贫富差距会加大？
其实民主制度的目的是为了实现公民统治国家，而不是平均社会财富。所以，在民主制
度下，平等的是人与人之间的政治权利，而不是人们竞争财富的结果。具体地说就是立
法权、公共事务决策权是所有公民公平享有的。也就是说，民主社会建立了一个公平的
环境，在这个公平的环境下公民为自己的利益而竞争。
如果认为美国这样的full democarcy的制度已经提供的一个基本公平的环境（绝对公平
无法在现实中实现），那为什么美国的贫富差距还在加大呢？
