your I-485 application was transferred from the Texas Service Center to the
USCIS Boston Field Office on Monday, July 25, 2011. As of this afternoon,
the USCIS Boston Field Office has not yet taken control of the file.
My PR is Nov 15, 2006 on EB2, and PR date is already current until Apr, 2007.
What this normally mean? and when I should expect feedback from the Boston
office? |

我觉得律师的话有问题啊。EB1B需要所在公司和学校有某种联系（ties）吗？
我们在我所在的领域科研researcher有5个，专利20多个，会议论文也很多。感觉就是
被公司的律师忽悠啊。
