there are fewer researchers working in this area etc. For example, there
are thousands of researchers doing cancer research, but mathematical

现在RL的写法是每个推荐人写2个image processing的sub area，这种strategy可以么
？还是说应该针对更大的范围来写，比如signal processing或者electrical
engineering ?

今天收到RFE letter。对于claim 的老三样，IO的回复都是：
“this criterion has been met”
然后话锋一转，

diagnostic）相关公司上班，现在即将换工作到一个生物技术Biotech company，工作
title都是Scientist。
跟新公司律师交流时强调要在同一领域才能用EAD 卡。以前没有注意到，I140 pl里面
将我描述成“extraordinary researcher who seeks to enter the United States to
continue work in the area of molecular diagnostics”。 I140表里面填的
occupation 是“Life and Environmental Scientist”。律师说可以工作，但是现在
绿卡面试加强这个可能会在将来绿卡面试的时候at my own risk，可能她只是不想把说
话说死，但是我越想越后怕。
请问这个same field到底是如何定义，有多严格？到底是按我PL描述的还是按I140
occupation描述的？
请大家帮忙看看以解心头之痒。。。 |
