十月十五日临晨六点，天还没有亮，酒店给我预订的Limo就载着我和朋友们驶向位于国
会山背面的联邦最高法院。其实阿利托大法官的前法官助理朋友已经通过阿利托大法官
办公室给我预订了座位，我本可以九点再到最高法院大楼的，但是一帮同去的朋友还需
要提早去最高法院门口排队拿票，我也很有兴趣了解最高法院的旁听程序就和大家一起
同行了。
城市仿佛还未苏醒，我们的车子沿着静静的宪法路，开过林肯纪念堂和华盛顿纪念碑，
左手灯火阑珊之处白宫南草坪朦胧可见，右边则是灯火辉煌的国会山庄。司机和我们唠
唠叨叨地说今天很可能人不多，他显然常送客人去最高法院，华盛顿的司机和北京出租

要提早去最高法院门口排队拿票，我也很有兴趣了解最高法院的旁听程序就和大家一起
同行了。
城市仿佛还未苏醒，我们的车子沿着静静的宪法路，开过林肯纪念堂和华盛顿纪念碑，
左手灯火阑珊之处白宫南草坪朦胧可见，右边则是灯火辉煌的国会山庄。司机和我们唠
唠叨叨地说今天很可能人不多，他显然常送客人去最高法院，华盛顿的司机和北京出租
车司机一样充满了“政治敏感”，对今天哪里有什么活动，哪里可能会封路了如指掌。

统的限制(sandbox等等）. Apple 有严格的标准－什么能做，什么不能做，这个那个挺
多的，无论是前台还是后台。

Apple的目的是提供给用户一个非常consistent的界面，使得他们基本不用去“学”，
任何一个新app买了就立刻能用。同时Apple也提供了free得QA,剔除buggy, erroneous,
甚至risky的apps. 其最终目的都是“保护”消费者（就跟党妈一个道理） 。当然也不
可能ideal.
很多developer不怎么喜欢这个限制。

Users observing a drop of several bars when they grip their iPhone in a

they don't know it because we are erroneously displaying 4 or 5 bars. Their
big drop in bars is because their high bars were never real in the first
place.
