3亿支枪你能收缴上来么？倒是可以规定不准卖子弹，过个五十年大概民间的子弹就快
消耗光了呵呵

required for a similar lesson 4hrs/month, otherwise he would be excluded in
entitlement payments....
Really forbidding guns or not (and others) is only means. It is vital to
convey consistently positive messages and values to the general public, on
how to become a good parents, employees and citizens.

at least 20 yrs to make accidents going down. Quick fix does not exist.
On the contrary, because of the lack of education, such tragedies happen
again and again (and even getting worse) regardless or gun ban or not. E.g.
, China has strict gun ban, do you think it is safer now than 20 yrs ago,
when people were much poorer? In many places in Africa (or Tibet...), guns
are legal existence. Do you think it is safer there than most other places
...?
Being responsible and respecting others' opinions etc. requires lots of
efforts. However, there is no replacement in sight.

their brain is hardwired in a different way. 什么responsibility 是他们考虑的
么？
中国跟美国的区别就是在中国一个这样的人最多在幼儿园用刀砍伤砍死几个，美国一个
这样的人就可以用枪打死几十个，如果准备充足打死上百都不是不可能。
