residency（住院医培训），同时也做了一点research。但是如果要雇主出employer
letter的话，较难扯到research上;但是如果收到485 RFE的话，我可以找人出封信证明
我现在也有做research。所以可以的话现在不想交employer letter。
而且官方instructions上原文是：If your form I-485 is related to an employment
-related petition (I-140),you must submit a letter on the letterhead of the
petitioning employer which confirms the job the visa petition is based is

直接老板的老板R，管所有developer的， 昨天vacation回来说，employment
agreement里面要求两个礼拜以上。我跟直接老板和team里business的头商量，我承诺
这个礼拜之前把一些东西加班加点作完。 他们觉得ok. 昨天下午我跟直接老板去跟R
meet. 最后他可能算被说服，最后他说，你以后要读employment agreement。 然后这
个要公司二老板说了算。（据了解，所有这种辞职都要经过二老板）。
请问一下说至少两周走， 我如果一定要一周走，违反了employment agreement，有什
么后果？会被告？ |

employed person can NOT apply for Green Card for yourself. It must be either
employment-based or family-bassd Green Card application, not include self-
employment.

1. 由于做了胸片，但原文件没有胸片报告，需要附上胸片报告。这点没有疑问。

employment status的变化，包括实习之类的都会及时和学校的international office
联系更新，尽管从来没有收到过任何confirmation(小秘不是很responsive,我也忍了）
。今天突然接到到学校international office的电话，问了一些奇怪的问题，比如我是
不是还在U.S.，是不是还在working之类的。之后要我跟他们更新我的employment的信
息。显然之前小秘没有把我的employment status的变化及时更新在SEVIS系统里。。可
能有一段时间已经成了黑户 （OPT只允许90天unemployment)...

"Please submit evidence that your employment from xx 2010 to xx 2012"
was authorized by USCiS. Such evidense may include, but is not limited
to:
Copy of I94
coy of I 20
copy of I-797

问题是我家老大这段时间都是Full-time学生啊，怎么个employment法？ 难道TA也算？ 有没
有类似经验？

LD作为副申请人 RFE notice收到了
让交 I-94/I-20/所有approved EAD什么的
但是后面有一堆莫名其妙的话（我个人觉得是套话） 大家帮看一下。
我的理解是只要能补交所有合法文件，没有gap, 没有违法工作就行。

这是我去年提交485时用的。当时HR Director对我的Draft就改了一个字。把"
permanent"改成了"regular".我们单位一直都用regular,没有出现任何问题。
