简单的说中印eb又被整了一次.既然是用完了名额就停下来了,那么9月的排期即使是C也
不会影响到批准的数量,也就是说9月的排期本来是完全可以都是C的,然后大家都能交
485,然后uscis能建立大量的库存然后精确控制每月的批准数量.9月显然是做这件事的
唯一的最佳时机,结果没有做,然后大家就慢慢等吧!

USCIS是可以精准控制批准的数额的，有种说法是每天其实O也能看到USCIS审批多少的
数据。
一般一年头一个月（１０月）都会多批一些，原因是的确有在最后一个月，也就是９月
份一些人开始给分配了名额，后来名额没了，就停止审批，得等到来年有名额再发放。
我感觉是头一季度EB１和EB２ROW会比原来估计的多。
但是我相信第一季度剩余名额绝对够清理现在EB２的库存，要求CURRENT是合理的，没需求，为什么不大开放，而且新放近来的４个月或半年后才能形成实际需求。如果２７％实行，EB２等于无案可批，为什么不能CURRENT？
