请问这常见吗？ 公司可以随时雷你，你也可以随时换公司。这好像常听说。但对于这
项条款还是想问一下。

在学校的做staff的话，一般是一年一签（不是at will）， 但是即使一年一签，好像
也是可以随时解雇， 没太明白它一年的合同的意义在哪。 |
