We used to get takeout from this place almost every week. Their Ma Po Tofu
and Hui Guo Rou are the best in downtown DC. Eggplant is good too.

What I meant was, Canada is a different country. Despite the fact that it
neighbours the US, the two countries are quite different in many ways,
including prices for goods and services, so there is no point in comparing
and complaining. Did you ever complain why eggplants are so much more
expensive than in China?

第四天, 依旧是浑身酸痛,尤其是小腿,下楼梯变的很痛苦。 早上称出来 107 磅,
看来还在减水中。
晚上练的是瑜伽,本来安排时间就长,video有一个半小时, 加上有些动作没搞清楚倒
回去看,几乎折腾了两个钟头... 瑜伽做的时候会出汗,但是做完了不觉得非常累,
反而觉得很爽,大概因为韧带什么的都得到了拉伸。 唯一不爽的是老是要看video里怎
么做,很影响节奏, 下次做之前准备先把动作都记住,然后就可以一路下去认真做了。

今天中午根同事一起买了很好吃的。。。pizza! anchovy & eggplant,我一口气吃了4
片!晚上告诉黑大叔了,黑大叔羡慕得直叫“老子都不记得有多少年没吃过pizza啦!
”所以今天的session练得很给力。
今天他教我玩那种一端固定在地上的barbell,各种推,肩膀啊obliques啊腿啊,都练
到了,看他做啥都很轻松,姐一接手就重得要死。有一个动作,是两手伸直在头顶顶住
barbell做squat,不知道是squat的哪种variation?我要么蹲下来的时候手臂会弯,要
么就蹲不到ATG只能刚刚水平,很别扭,却不知道是哪里别扭。。。唔,大牛们知道菜
菜在说什么不?
找到了,原来那个叫barbell in a corner,今天做了这上面的好几样:high pull,
hammer jammer (two-arm, single-arm都做了),overhead squat(不过是两手一起

Lunch: mixed vegies with fish, 1/2 turkey sandwich, 1 cup mixed nuts(1000)
Snack: 2 cookies (150)
Dinner: spinach, fish tofu soup, eggplants, 1 taro(300)
Exercise:pilates 1 hour
Total: 1750*1.2=2100
工作一烦,就把Nuts和cookies干掉了。以后这些东西都不能往家里和公司带。

上星期六考完了。终于又可以减肥了。一个月的饮食不控制加不运动,体重居然保持住
了,在143-145之间波动。或许是健康饮食的作用?
今天把把自己做的绿茶蛋糕吃完了。算是第二阶段减肥前的最后疯狂吧。

【锻炼】
今天坐班去了,没机会锻炼。晚上回家得晚,加上一个小朋友stomach flu,我出不了
门。但心里痒痒地想出去快走。
【饮食】
1)早餐:两片全麦面包,一杯咖啡(2%牛奶)
2)午餐:工作餐,我点了全麦意大利面,上面加garlic,eggplant,pepper,有点油
油的,但是是olive oil
3)晚餐:炒豆芽,西红柿蘑菇鸡蛋汤,蒲公英沙拉,一点米饭
今天去公司,同事一见面就说她给我留了份cheese cake在冰箱里。Cheese cake,卡路里堆起来的啊,我当时可有点紧张。本来想下班的时候带回家的,结果忘了。希望她不要介意。
今天在车站换车的时候观察熙熙攘攘上班的人群,一边看他们的穿衣打扮,一边忍不住在心里估计他们的体重,真是减肥减得有点神经了。呵呵。
早上的体重是135.5磅,晚饭前称的是134,晚饭后忘称了。

今天做的主菜是火鸡醸苦瓜。
大家都吃过醸豆腐醸苦瓜之类的吧?一般用的是猪肉。但是猪肉脂肪太多,所以我用的
是火鸡肉。不爱吃火鸡肉的,也可以用鸡肉鱼肉,都比较健康。
先把grounded turkey (5 oz) 用姜末料酒和生抽调味,搅上劲;然后取苦瓜一个,切
成段,把里面的籽挖掉,填上火鸡馅。小盘子用生菜叶子打底,把苦瓜放在上面。蒸锅
烧开水以后,把盘子放进去大火蒸,当苦瓜里面的火鸡肉冒出清亮的肉汁的时候就可以
了。第一张照片就是刚出锅的样子(我已经吃掉了一个,尝味道)。
我今天还在蒸锅的另一层蒸了一个小茄子和一杯豇豆,。豇豆不能蒸太久,老了就不好
吃了,要早点拿出来。把茄子豇豆和苦瓜摆好,正好一大盘。苦瓜的小盘子里有不少肉
汁,尝一尝,觉得有点淡,于是加了点姜末和蒸鱼豉油,就很鲜了,淋在大盘子的蔬菜
上,就可以吃啦!第二张是我的全部晚饭,大约335卡,有大约25克的蛋白质,吃得很
饱。
不爱吃苦瓜的,也可以用别的蔬菜,比如葫子,也叫长瓜毛瓜,跟葫芦有点象,但是长
条状的,削皮去籽就可以了,也好吃的。
今天晚饭的热量 = 335 cal

现在刚开始一周,每周3次,1次一小时,时走时跑。
早餐:2个包子,2个鸡蛋(无黄),一杯牛奶。
中餐:鱼,青菜,大排,鸡蛋羹,饭。
晚餐:和中餐一样。
没有加餐或零食。
我吃的太多了,我自己知道。会少吃的。
我对减肥知识一片茫然,希望大家给讲讲课。

I also agree eating less is really effective.
Don't eat too much; and stop those very oil Chinese food.(eggplant, tofu)
Breakfast: two eggs/pancake/milk
Lunch: yogurt/cheesecake....even junk food like potato chip
Supper: Don't eat, or just Chinese noodle
I don't usually do exercises as sleepingbag.
I insist for 3-4 months and lose at least 10kg.
I'm 177cm, 72kg right now.
So just control your mouth even without exercise will work!

target: 52kg by 1.1.2012(改了,听大家劝,主要觉得50也太瘦了)
其实吧,你看人家林志玲
身高: 174cm
体重: 52kg
三围: 34C、24、36
LZ是大平胸,所以想想身高差不多,应该50KG还算合理。
LZ自知没有美貌,那就应该有好身材
所以现在目标定在52KG了
主要是要瘦脸和手臂
以前的经验是局部很难减,还是跑步全身减肥比较见效。。由于这次时间紧急,希望能
跑步加郑多燕肌肉训练,辅助YOGA放松
自己做饭,一周在外吃的时间不超过1次,外吃不吃大于500卡的东西
晚上晚饭不吃,或者少量水果蔬菜。
生理期运动适量减少点。
绝不吃夜宵!!!绝不!!

今天早上做的自制吉野家牛肉饭,味道很赞,很像,没吃米饭。不小心又跟正餐灌下去
一大杯豆浆,不出意外地肚子又胀气了,难受了一下午,撑得想吐。吃了一个胃仙U缓
过来了。
晚餐的烤茄子很好吃,以后可以多吃。

些辣椒酱,一杯cafe里面混了condensed milk大约1tbsp
snack:

106.6 前段时间一直有蛮厉害的constipation,导致小腹整个肿胀到非常难受的程度,
很硬,很大,很痛苦。昨晚身体不舒服,头痛就没锻炼,10点睡觉,睡前吃了点排便的
药。早上起来,呵呵,世界终于正常了。小腹也不胀了,也不鼓了,体重也掉了这么多
