落苏，原称茄子，是江浙一带的俗称，吴语方言词，普遍通用于江浙以及福建及粤东南
一带。宋 陆游 《老学庵笔记》卷二：“《酉阳杂俎》云：‘茄子一名落苏。’今吴人
正谓之落苏。或云钱王有子跛足，以声相近，故恶人言茄子，亦未必然。”（由陆游的
记载推测，落苏的故事更可能发生于“五代十国”的吴越国而不是先秦的吴国。——编
者注）
“落苏”搿个名字顶早是指从泰国传到中国个白茄，因为伊白颜色个像乳制品，烧熟之
后又酥溚溚个，就畀唐朝辰光个僧人叫“酪酥”，后首紫茄也搿能叫了，又慢慢较变成
功“酪苏”搭仔“落苏”。宋人王辟之勒海伊写个《渑水燕谈录》里向讲，叫“落苏”
是“杭人为避钱镠爱子跛足之讳”，搿种讲法是呒啥依据个。

前一阵和一位同事聊天，她提到草莓，桃子等是属于含农药量最高的几种蔬菜水果，结
论是能少吃尽量少吃，实在嘴馋就去买“有机产品”。最近又看到一篇文章提到“十种
最脏的蔬菜水果”。我不知道这篇文章的科学性究竟有多强，可信性有多高，只是摆在
这里做为一篇参考资料吧。

在我的家乡，把茄子叫做落苏。我们家乡的茄子都是细细长长的，从架上挂落，好似垂
垂淡紫的流苏。离乡越远，茄子们变得越是粗短起来，最后肥若鸡蛋，名曰eggplant。

they used to love cilantro, but never eat it any more...
One of them love radichio, parsley, basil, apple, watermelon skin, the
other one seldomly eat these things.
I never know they could eat blue berries, I'll buy them some :)

mines like tomatoes too. They eat spinach, celery, cucumber, and celery, but
like lettuce and carrots more. Now they don't eat red bell peppers any more
. I will try green bell peppers. |
