怕出问题吧，毕竟水，电，气都involve了
我问的几个都是正规的美国公司，也都不怎么
推荐high efficiency
我不反对high efficiency，不过去年tax rebate
的时候，contractor大力推high efficiency，我看来
是有self interest conflict在里头的，让人觉得占了
大便宜，此时不换，更待何时
当然现在没啥incentive了，贬低high efficiency也
有道理，让你觉得affordable，
反正忽悠更多人换锅炉，他们拿更多project就对了 |

cycle是两倍。如果你的efficiency不是2，比如是1.85，那么3个cycle就是2^3和1.85^
3的差别，也就是说实际6.33倍的差别被当成了8倍的差别。这是你的internal control
。如果用这个去adjust你的target的差别，加上target本身的efficiency如果也不是
100%，这个真正的差别就会非常大。
第二个问题是amplification是S型曲线，就是说，在开始阶段，或者在东西很少的不在
中间一段linear范围内的时候不能用delta delta Ct。
我的意思是，cell number不是可信与否的关键，关键是amplification efficiency。
在你怀疑你的结果是否可信的时候，建议用standard curve instead of delta delta
Ct来计算。只要你的sample的Ct落在你的standard curve里面，而你的standard curve
的correlation ef |
