另外你说道的电话trick是有别的号码吗 我之前是拨打的他们general inquiry的号码
（215-386-5900） 然后就是输入自己ecfmg编号就等着了 怎么能够接通到你手的
supervisor那里呀？

发帖数: 903 | 2 這正是我的意思。ECFMG只是個認證，證明你有參加ACGME Match的資格，它只是張七年
有效的准考證，若Match不成，准考證過期後只有作廢。
找工作時你只能靠以前的學歷和資格，ECFMG也只不過是證明你的確畢業於IMED認可的
學校，並符合報考USMLE的條件，沒有任何加分作用。
除了外國醫學院畢業生在Match可能失敗，你去SDN瞧瞧，就連美國土生土長並在美國醫
學院畢業後進不了醫院實習最後醫生夢滅的人也大有人在。NRMP每年公開的資料顯示應
屆畢業的Allopathic AMG的Match成功率高達百分之九十幾，但重新申請的重考生卻急
降至50%。NRMP沒有細分重考生的成份，但很明顯的二次不過再想成功的可能性就不會
太高了。
這些人當不了醫生自然就只有自行謀生一條路走。另外有少數人在進入美國醫學院才知
道自己真心討厭醫院，硬著頭皮畢業後有可能不參加Match，直接找和醫藥研究相關的
工作，壓根不碰臨床。 |

不是吃素的，直接告到了外交部，最后追查下来，校长很是脑火，处理了当事人，并规
定所有申请必须由校长亲自审批，使我们海外的校友迎来了申请的严冬。真是损人不利
己啊！

representative in person and he told me to have my school send a letter to
them. The letter should :
1. In school letter head
2. provide the list of personnel authorized to sign the documents.
3. List these personnel's Name, Titel, and their signature.
4. Have the school's official stamp/seal
5. The person writing letter can be the same one who sign your 327 form or

。可是我看OASIS上说已经收到学校寄的东西了，只是creditial还在process中。
我step1已经考过了，现在却没法报名step2ck,钱已经交了，报名时网上没有出现186这
一栏的link,因为我已经交过了。可是现在又要我重新填，我没有办法找到link，因为
只有报名结束最后一页才会有的。
而且新规定还要把表格寄回学校，让学校负责人签字亲自寄回ECFMG，比以前麻烦了。
现在我想给她们打电话，证明往上显示已经收到学校的creditial letter,可是OASIS又
进不去了。怎么这么巧阿？

If, at the time you apply for a future examination, ECFMG has received
primary-source verification of your medical education credentials from your
medical school or your medical school does verify its graduates' status
through EMSWP, you will have the option of having the new Certification of
Identification Form (Form 186) certified by a Consular Official, Notary
Public, First Class Magistrate, or Commissioner of Oaths only.
看起来，你ck可能没问题，另外这是绝对新情况，估计没 |

your education credentials. Your school has to either fill in 327 and mail
it back or finsh form 186 and mail it back for your Step 2 registration.

Another concern is my degree. The Chinese version is ""临床医学 专业 学习, .....符合...标准....授予医学学士学位". The English version translated by our medical college is "study in the specialty of clinical medicine ..... confer degree of bachelor of medicin |

and another one is "notary pulic and medical school" . The "notary public"
one I used on April was gone. I called ECFMG and told me although the
announcement came out on MAy, it will affect all the applicants whose
verification was not finished after Aug 2008......I am not sure this is true
or not. And also the problem is many medical school don't know this new

the only purpose for ECFMG is to open the door for you to get into US
medical training system and then practice medicine in US. it does not prove
anything other than you passed step1 and step2. other job fields, even if
slightly related to medicine, will not consider this useful.
but i do know some people put this on their resume when they go back to
China, claiming they are "certified". |

The school part sent back through delivery company and the address on the
envelope was the delivery company, not the school office. ECFMG didn't
accept it b/c saying it was sent back from a third party!
I told people in my medical school there numerous times about putting
address and sign on the evelope, but they just ignored that. |

如果信件中途丢失，要么学校在ecfmg的地址有错，要么信寄到学校某个地方，被人丢
了。。。
然后问清校友谁负责签字，要是没人知道，就在327表附上一份说明，声明学校现在是
有这个人负责签字，这样至少不会再浪费3个月，也方便了后来人
最后是一定要找熟人去学校办，不能指望学校的人会多仔细，信件只要在学校的邮局寄
出来就可以了，不用delivery company |

发帖数: 95 | 43 I was on the same boat couple of days ago. Here are what I suggest to do: 1)
Call the ECFMG and ask the track number. 2) Got the person's name signed on
the FedEx. 3) Find the signing ppl by asking ur friend in China orcall your
med school. Keep this in mind that all the univ in China are in summer
break and the issue will go very slowly. They deal with routine on weekly
base. :-(

1 请家人或朋友去学校的外事部或其他行政部门办公室打听，把那些没收到的信找出来
。其实很多时候信是发到学校了，但是部门不对，人家也不会扔掉，就留在那儿等着人
去认领。
2 ECFMG很死板的，一般不会在3个月之内再给你寄一份Request的。但是你试试看叫他
们把学校寄出来的那份所谓不符合要求的材料用你的FEDEX账号寄回学校，如果他们还
留着的话。然后知会学校用正确方法寄出。
很多学校8月中旬就开始上班了，所以现在马上办，应该是来得及赶match的。 |
