的人，学校可能又核对修改了一点，签了字盖了章再请同学寄给我。我再寄给ECFMG
ERAS，要同时附上document submit form。在11月1号之前能scan进去就行了，因为美
国学生的MSPE是11月1号才released的。不知道有MSPE到底有多大帮助，因为大多IV那
时候都发出去了，不过面世的时候有PD要求要看的。我觉得不太麻烦的话，能做的就都
做了。 |

如果你有一定的科研基础, 可以去移民版看看是否现在就可以办一类绿卡了.
是否可以继续用J1, 只有问ECFMG了. |

1. you cannot not transfer from J research to J physician, no matter how
many years left
2. you need to get waiver for the current one then get another J for
residency
3. if you are the main applicant for EB-1a and haven't got GC before match/
start date, you theoretically cannot use EAD for match, although there r
quite few doing so on their own risk
personal opinion, you shall verify with DOS and ECFMG first |

327表的状态可以在ecfmg网站上的oasis查到他们有没有发出去。 |

this copy (not original) needs to be notarized by Public Notary (anyone who
can do public notary, clerk at bank, etc).

the mail accordingly. You don't need to worry about the address. ECFMG has

so if you are late on your application, definitely use LWP.
just remember to finalize the letter, otherwise it can not be in the post
office.

我有个关于ECFMG认证的问题，他们已经收到我寄过去的材料，现在他们就寄信回我学
校索要成绩单和confirm学位证明。但这个信呢，走啊走，第一回走了3个多月，还没到
，我只能要求他们再寄一次，第二次现在已经又快2个月，学校那边还是没收到。我都
给急疯了。所以想问一下大家，你们说我可以提供一个快递的号，比如FEDEX或者USPS
的给他们用来寄回学校吗？或者还有什么其他的方法？
