人接,多久都要等. 全线FEDEX,用自己的帐户. 方便查询. 我的同学都跑到负责人的家
里去签字的. 尽量想办法吧. 信到了ECFMG,两天一个电话, 应该还来得及.complain 是

收件人名字，这种情况下Fedex是无法投递的，除非你安排人在学校传达室门口等着签
收。 利用这一点，你一定要在ECFMG寄出后尽快给他们打电话把tracking number要过
来，然后当你track到信件到达学校所在城市后，应该马上给Fedex中国的国际客服打电
话，说明你的这个邮件地址收件人不详可能无法投递，请他们在 database里把地址签
收人改成你指定的国内的同学朋友的，然后邮件会顺利到达你朋友手中，再由他们亲手
送到学校相关部门去办理。
我是等tracking到显示“无法投递”时给他们打的电话，他们马上就给改地址了。 |

结果被对方告知，我的学校压根就没有在ECFMG留签名，所以他们没有办法compare the
signature on my form with the one on the record!
我还问是不是今年学校还没有寄签名，但是前几年也应该有签名的吧？可他们居然回答
：nothing on the file!
我反复强调这是不可能的，因为以前的学生也考过这个试的，可他就是坚持咬定
nothing on the file! 天呐，怎么可能！他们说只有等到学校寄来了签名才能继续
process我的form。可是这要等到哪年哪月啊？我的考试时段是09年九月到十一月，等
学校寄来东西我的考试日期早就过了啊！
我的学校是中山大学，以前叫做中山医科大学的，不知道有没有情况跟我类似的啊，哭

It is possible that school didn't give the the signature. It is quite
serious. If there is no signature. Our 327-A form would not be verified.
1. I remember sb have a list of who should sign for ECFMG. We need to get
the list. It is one of the previous posts.
2. Make sure we understand how to give the signature to ECFMG
2. Contact the school. If it is true, we need to tell them what to do and
urge them do it fast.

be easy to get fixed. I am on the pending for my 186 processing which
arrived at ECFMG a week ago from the same school and signed for the exam
window from Sept to Nov. I think due to the new policy, the exam date should
be able to get postphoned without charging if the documents are not ready.
I already emailed Qing Laoshi about this signature issue to see whether she
can help out. Could you please call ECFMG to see how |

don't give up. a lot of SUMS students got verified without any problem.
though i don't know where the issue is, but it will be fixed anyway.

clear answer, if someone did before, as we cannot make even a small mistake
in the match application.
I got two lors sealed smaller evelopes (waived to see) and they are all in
my hands now, I am thinking to put them together along with my medical
transcrpts in a Fedex evelope and sent to ECFMG.
What I am worried ECFMG would question why these stuff got together and
suspect the "waive" was correctly done.

These forms you do not have access to it and you are not allowed to send
them to your school, The ECFMG will send them.
They will send one copy of your 345 to tell the school that you allowed them
to ask about you.
They will also send your Diploma (that you initially sent to them see step 4
above) and they'll ask the school to authenticate it.
They will also send a form called (Verification of Medical Education) the
questions in that form are these;

same reason as yours (still in process).
banker's signature is just for 186 form so u could take ck while waiting for
credential verification. but ECFMG certificate requires your 327 form
verification. u get ECFMG certificate after u pass 1,ck , cs and 327 verification so u could apply for residency.

right person (should be on ECFMG list) to sign the 186 form. Then your
friend will send the document package back to ECFMG, but with the returnig
address of your school since it has to be directly from the school. If
everything goes well, you should be fine after 2-3 weeks. |

word file saying I am authorizing
them to use my FedEx account for communication with me and my medical school
, with my signature, my
ECFMG ID, date and my FedEx account number in this file. I then scanned it
and faxed it over to ECFMG

拿到了ID号码，似乎step1最早只能提前半年报名，因此我想先把考试资格的审核做完。
我手头的资料如下：
1） 临床本科学士学位复印件，两份；
2） 学位英文翻译件，一份（原件）；
3） 护照彩色照片，一张；
4） Form 345，两份；
5） Form 344，一份；
6） Form 187，一份；
因目前没有报考step1，所以登录IWA系统，我的资料里面没有生成186表，只有注册时
候的187表。
请问：
我可否在报考之前，将上述材料寄到ECFMG进行考试资格审核？ |

and even invite you for interviews as long as you can have ecfmg certificate
by the rank date. However, other programs may not consider your application
at all if you are not ecfmg certified yet. |
