almost forgot I had a form 327 there.
About my form 186, it really made me sick. I had our medical school to send
the form 4 times. They rejected the first 3 because of either wrong signature,
title, or wrong seal. They rejected my 4th form 186 and I was told that everything
was wrong on the form. I was so desperate, but a few days later, magically,
they approved my form 186 without any explanation.

而327表则是学位认证，所以需要学校开的官方成绩单，所以ECFMG要从他们那里发出
REQUEST来

Specialty） 我印象中是眼科，不过似乎只
去了1个月，没有16周那么多。
Surgery应该是包括了大外和脊柱外科。internal包括的就更多了。
我的问题是，
在填ECFMG报名表的Clinical Clerkship时，是否可以按照成绩单上的几类项目大致填
上？还是一定要具体到每一个科？而
且还要有supervising physician的名字。当时直接带我们的都是住院医生，并没有给
我们具体指派给那一个上级医生。不
知该怎么填？
