I need your help to differentiate them. I do not have a valid certificate
now but I am expecting to have it after I finish my CK (I am planning to
take the exam in october). Thanks!

With the same statement, some programs will still review your applications
and even invite you for interviews as long as you can have ecfmg certificate
by the rank date. However, other programs may not consider your application
at all if you are not ecfmg certified yet. | A*****a

from every single program. I tried to send out e-mail to some programs and
haven't got any response yet. Now, I realized how important it is to have
the certificate before the application. I spent so much time on observership
and had to delay my exam. Now I will have all the LORs soon but still can
not apply. My mistake!
