kind of eatery the noodle shop is. Perhaps it is like fastfood-like* and a

I have had over few dozen "水煮牛肉" all over Bay restaurants, this place is
BY FAR the worst, it's not spicy, very watery, and beef is not tender (I
suspect they used cheap cut). Home cooking is even better than this.
The prices are expensive for such lousy food, $9.99 to $11.99, and portion
size is tiny, even my wife who don't eat a lot is not full.

那家的牛肉麵頗不錯的，與我喜歡的台北桃源街牛肉麵比起來，各有千秋。我的口味是
喜歡台北桃源街的，可能因為小時候印象的影響吧？這兩家選用的牛肉不一樣，湯頭味
道也不一樣，桃源街的附了酸菜，吃起來更可口。但是老皮的小菜比較精彩，豬肝，油
豆腐，茄子，皮蛋拌豆腐，。。。。他們沙茶牛肉飯個人以為太稀了，成了稀飯。
如果你是大陸人，如果有機會，建議去台北桃源街的牛肉麵吃吃看，髒髒亂亂的環境，
但是幾十年老店，必然有他們的門道。
老皮牛肉麵在當地算是家知名小店，東西精緻便宜，把一家本來屬於 neighborhood
eatery 經營成一家值得專門跑去的餐廳，滿厲害的。 |

很平民化的 eatery，价位跟 Denny's, IHOP 差不多，一个人 $10 - $15 可以搞定。
顾名思义，他们的汉堡不错，melted cheese，火烤的牛肉饼，煎脆的培根，很合我胃
口。当然你不要去跟 Ruth Chris's 的汉堡去比，这不是那种会问你牛肉要几分熟的店
。除了汉堡以外，他们还有很多东西，早餐三明治、沙拉吧之类的。
有时候我很饿很饿，很想吃个 big big juicy juicy 的汉堡的时候，我就会吃这家。
非常 satisfying。
两家分店，一家在 U Village 的外面，45 街的马路边上，招牌很大，开车经过一定会
看到。如果你从 Sand Point 回来的话，注意看路的右手边。
另外一家在 Bellevue, Northup Way 一直走到底，520 公路的旁边，一块鸡不拉屎鸟
不生蛋的荒地上，路的右手边。

，绝对不过分。
人的基本要求是吃饱，现在是时候升级到吃饱以外的别的东西了。色即是其一。
（其实事情要分两头说。老四川、又一轩、过桥园、许多中国城的饮茶馆子，他们属于
Denny's, IHop 等级的 diner/eatery，不是 restaurant，对他们要求不用太高，口味
好价钱便宜即可。川霸王、十里香、四季飘香、鱼跃门，这些单位是正经八百的

我来介绍一下这条船，是比较豪华型的。有两天晚上男生要穿燕尾服的.
不过老实讲我没打算买那种象婚纱的dress.Semi formal 是要的。那就可以了。有两天
在海上。其他每天去一个地方。
在船上的两天，有不少是可以做！
船上有spa,swimming pool,cabanas,great food anytime(maybe someone may feel

was cloudy on the way, which covered mountain tops that gave plenty of room
for imagination... lake side trail is ~1 mile long
drove to Thunderbird Fall (close by) afterwards. it's an easy 20 min hike w/
water fall came to sight at the end. surprise find was numerous green
caterpillars doing some amazing aerobics on the hand rails--those little
guys are really flexible!

watching a Korean Variety show in which Girl Generation's Sunny easily found

两岁半的娃，旅行的节奏比较慢，基本一天主项目加一个小项目，每天的车程也尽量控
制在3个小时以内。和Hawaii和Cancun相比，Miami有自己独特的风味，还是很值得一去
的！

2月份应该是淡季，机票200+搞定，租车通过costco travel, 180+ 从budget租了6天的
suv。到了机场租车处，已经没有我们要的基本款suv，所以给免费升级了Lincoln MKX
。一路大大小小的行李都靠着后备箱装着，而且辗转Miami和Key West，租一辆suv还是
挺有用的。

得我每年旅行两趟，一次加航，一次美国航空公司
坐美国航空公司就的在美国转机。
比如去新西兰就在洛杉矶转机，
去日本就在芝加哥转机
去印度在纽约转机
所以我每年都要视察一个美国城市
这次到利马，在亚特兰大有9小时转机时间
时隔8年，重回亚特兰大
我记得以前rust belt，不少人南迁到亚特兰大，
东南重镇
出了机场坐marta
八点半钟居然车厢空空荡荡，好萧索
多伦多8点地铁能挤怀孕。
有好几个亚洲人，还有几个南美模样的人，跟我在玻利维亚看到的长得差不多
先到lenox square mall，
里面不少亚洲面孔，
比8年前多多了
看看了bloomingdale家和macy家，
也没啥可买的
我的900加元无关税指标就浪费了
然后到five points，出了marta
靠，和8年前记忆一样，
一点没变。

Riding a bike in the rain reminds me of my younger years in China, sans the
