802.11b的symbol rate是11Msps。
我觉得你对symbol的理解有偏差。
a symbol is a signal element, within its duration
it doesn't change form.
对于基带信号，比如unipolar NRZL，一个symbol 就是
信号电平维持在+V 或者0V的时间。对于调制信号，
比如QPSK，一个symbol就是信号相位维持在某个
constellation point的时间。跟载波频率没啥关系，
跟基带信号的symbol rate一致。

去年夏天开始，因为长期坐办公室发现自己开始堆肥肉了，于是下定决心认真减肥，郑

比赛早上七点正式开始，游泳分成3个wave 分别是七点、七点一刻和七点半出发，游泳

No. 白宫邀请无须事先向中方通报。美国人喜欢把国宴按家宴的方式搞，不可能事先
还和客人讨论嘉宾人选，这在美国看来反而是不礼貌的行为，显得邀请人没有诚意。

No. 曲目方面中美双方都不会先行审核，完全由受邀艺术家自己决定，只会在时间和
气氛安排方面有点商仪。中方只会在邀请函上看到相关内容。
如上，在美国这种场合表演，挑的是“自己人”，不可能有审核曲目这个习惯。
更加没有了。朗朗这种人表演很多，忙都忙不过来，白宫邀请他的时候肯定还要考虑
档期排满被拒绝的风险，绝不可能还要朗朗事先打什么小报告。曲目方面最多就是朗
朗给白宫传真一个play bill，无非就是个title和duration。很多人讨论到底是不是谁

直听到的声音是“转基因大豆很安全”，那么，是不是真的安全吗？凭什么说“转基因
大豆很安全”？由于向卫生部查询发现：管食品与药品安全的部门并不管“转基因大豆
安全”，由此我们必须自己开始寻找安全判断的依据。这就是我们申请向农业部查询发
给孟山都公司的转基因大豆安全证书的依据。

二、农业部查询转基因大豆安全证书
农业部在2011年第一次答复我们最初查询要求时说：批准美国孟山都公司转基因大
豆的四个根据之一，就是我方独立进行的第三方检测，言之凿凿。按理，这份报告应当
就是我国有关方面的第三方检测报告。
2012年2月20日下午，我们一行几个人依据信息公开法规，再次获准前往农业部查
询有关转基因大豆获批安全证书的证明文件。下午2点前，接待人员手持一册10厘米厚
活页插装卷宗等候我们。我们被允许查看并手抄记录，不允许拍照。最初规定只许一个

用大中城市的房价收入比可能高估了国内的痛苦指数。需要计入国内收入的较快增长和低持有成本。2009年全国城镇居民人均收入1.89万元，按家庭人口2.9人计算户均收入5.5万元。09年商品房价均价4700元/平米，按100平米每户计算总价不足50万，假设家庭收入同步于名义GDP(如果经济是7%增长+5%通胀+3%升值的话，每年涨12%)，那么房款偿付年限只有6.7年，而不是直接相除的9年。如果要做国际比较的话，还有物业税和公共维修等问题的差异，如果按1-2%计算，70年里的费用大致相当于总价的30-60%。在修正了这两个因素后，即使和美国2.8的房价收入比做比较，国内平均的房价/收入偿付年限也只是高了50%，和西欧或亚洲国家相比差别更小。
租金收入比也有类似的问题。国内居民收入增长隐含着租金较快的增速，计算当期租金回报率不如用类似duration的租金回收年限指标。如果当年租金回报率为2%，而每年租金增速为10%，那么大约22年累计租金(已折现)的总和将超过房款总和。租金回报率低有 |
