我在range上遇见的instructor都是这么技术派的。 哈哈。
big shoulder turn is good thing, trust me, man.
很多打slice, 或者连球打不着的,就是因为做了一个很快的backswing, 实际上肩还没
转过来的时候, 就开始做downswing, 人的身体反应没那么快。
big shoulder turn, 也造成问题,最大的问题还是,你如果心理上对自己不自信的话,
你的下肢包括腰的部分,会明显快过你的上肢。
这也同样造成,比如打不着球或者打出slice。
我swing一个根本的thought的cordinate我的肩转和hip 转。 谁快谁慢结果就是slice/
hook.
有了好的shoulder turn, 再加上hip turn的协调,release双手真是自然而然的事情 -
这是pro一直告诉我的。 同时,你在想在这个基础上打出fade/draw也是自然而然的事
- 就看2只手怎么协调而已。 这时候,你对work-on ball会有真的感觉,因为club fa

PART OF DOWNSWING。。 居然 全BLOCK 了 。只好回到以前的方式, 打的很直, 印子
也基本在CLUB FACE 中央, 可是那 243YARD 的FLAG 还是CARRY 不道。。 i haven't seen any body carried |

quite different. You can have a very slow takeaway to get your driver to the
top and a fast downswing to hit the ball 300 yards. To me, a right swing
tempo and rhythm that fits you is more important than a fast swing.

straight left - like you pull the shot, it could very well be that your
downswing is outside-in. Try to make sure your right elbow is close to your
body, keep your hinge and let the left arm go loose.
You may want to pay attention to your backswing and make sure your upper
body turns against the resistance of your lower body. It is easy to find out

the few things i can recall for that swing are that
1) i was trying to make a big shoulder turn. i felt i had a long back
swing.
2) downswing is free and loose feeling, no friction with the turf, not a
bit fat, maybe a little thin. 但是没有那种球击中CLUB FACE 边缘产生的ROUGH
VIBRATION 和TWIST 的感觉

how's your driver ball flight and consistency?
lots of amateur tends to stand up during impact, lose spine angle, and lack
of hip shoulder separation.
at impact your shoulder line and hip line are parallel, no separation...
( my driver swing was like this middle of 2009 when did my last video)
so looks like your downswing is initiated by shoudler and arm, not much by
lower body.

back swing, don't have to change it. check out john daly swing, 就象是风火
轮, 他的RELEASE 很好。。。 你的ARMS 在FOLLOW THRU 的过程中弯曲的太快了
just need a better coordination with your shoudler turn and hip turn during

y**********7 发帖数: 769 | 16 初学高尔夫时,我曾有过与你完全相同的经历. 也是左肩甲骨跟脊柱之间的那块肌肉受伤,后来也是双臂夹紧,就没有再次受伤. 其实就是翻腕时,左肘必须靠近左肋,否则,手腕无法以左肘为轴翻转,就会伤到背. 关于预防受伤,我的体会是:
1.充分的预热非常必要. 预热不仅仅是拉拉筋,而是让身体真正热起来. 一上来就猛抡,很容易受伤,特别是冷天,气温低时.
2.挥杆要合理. 具体地说就是握杆和挥杆不要用力,要从下而上,用大肌肉带动小肌肉,运用全身的肌肉,即要象打太极拳那样,一动无有不动. 要充分利用球杆头的重力,使势能转换为动能. 所有的肌肉群,包括腿,臀,腰,肩,臂等,要协调和有序地运动. 不能只是用部分的肌肉群工作,如只用上身的肌肉,或只用手臂的肌肉. 否则,容易受伤. 挥杆要均匀,不要试图"击打"球,而是球刚好"被"碰到而已.
3.锻炼身体,无论是力量还是柔韧性,需要全面,不要片面. 例如,做肌肉锻炼,如果只炼手臂上的肌肉,不炼腰肌,则腰肌就容易受伤.
以上体会,仅供参考,希望可以抛砖引玉.

it's like a perfect day in the winter season, 70s degree, a bit wind.
My skill is pretty much rusty. I have not played any round of golf in
the past month, and hit some range balls occasionally.
My putting rocks. I guess I am just so used to this kind of green. I
birdied three times from over 15 feet. and saved a bunch of pars from

to the body and swing more around the pivot. If his arms disconected from
the body when he try to keep his weight forward, his right leg will spin out
on the downswing and bad things happen. On this past Sunday when the

得我也许悟出点啥了。
对于你的提问,我目前的感悟是:
1)one swing for all clubs
2) 就比如说你觉得你7号打得还行,那是不是总是还行呢?比如10之8/9, 在风,lie
等不适合的
情况下呢?
3)第三,swing是个全身协调的过程,在backswing无论你转了你身体的那部分,在
downswing
的时候你要以相反的顺序转回去,转的顺序一定是相反的,而且时间不能差了。当然,

3)downswing/followthrough可以说是timing问题,据说是通过多联系锻炼出的muscle
memory(虽然我不同意muscle memory). 我认为是可以控制的东西。
tiger woods的那本书里说到一句我觉得对理解每天的身体状态和golf swing都很重要
,就是人
的身体每天都是不一样,没有一个纯粹的绝对的timing, 更别说人还会老化等等。
总之,如果一定要回答你的问题,比如就是往那种“有自己swing"那方向练的话,我觉
得要从基本
功,从swing temp, 到身体协调性都慢慢注意起来,自己再感悟点身体的协调关系,
找到那种可
控制的timing, 基本上如果知道身体协调(那块慢了,那快快了,再加上fundamental
right -
比如alignment, stance, 再加上些经验,打出一场快乐的可预测的golf就比较可能了。
如果问题只是:我这打不好,那个可以打好,或者还没脱离基本功阶段, 其实啥trick
都是只能管
一时而已。特别是那种trick, 因为让你的注意力转移到其他地方,而让你偶然打出5-

b*******2 发帖数: 412 | 23 有时候会这样,有球的时候,潜意识会很想刻意去把球打远,会“用力”打,反而手臂
和手腕会失去灵活性,打不好或者身体不协调。没球的时候,没压力,身体反而协调些。
有球的时候,可以注意放慢BACKSWING和DOWNSWING的速度,调整节奏和击球点。练球的
时候,不要在意距离,重心可以放在挥杆的质量上,比如用7号铁,就想着只打100码,
握杆和挥杆放轻松,其实反而打的远。
还有就是每球打前试挥几下,也有帮助 |

b*******2 发帖数: 412 | 26 AGAIN,GRASS和MAT对好的挥杆来说没有区别,但像我之前回复提到的,MAT容易掩盖不
好的挥杆,造成错觉,不容易发现问题。如果不得已在MAT上打,注意听击球的声音,
如果是只有一个清脆的,从球传来的声音,则说明IMPACT不错。如果是两个连着很紧的
声音,比如“嘣”“啪”,则说明是先打到MAT上,然后滑到球上的,尽管球飞出去,
但其实打得不好。
还有就是看距离,明显打的近的球和方向不对的,一边IMPACT都没控制好。
找教练可以考虑上一系列课,每次半个小时或一个小时,一周一次。这样每次针对一两
个问题,下来自己练习2-3次,来体会和培养肌肉记忆。golf swing is a chain of
actions,从GRIP,STANCE,BACKSWING, DOWNSWING, IMPACT, FOLLOW THROUGH一个环
节一个环节抓起,加上刻苦和耐心,一定可以成为SOLID BALL STRIKER的。当然,
SHORTGAME是关键,呵呵

第一个问题我现在downswing的时候主要focus在我的转身上,右手肘靠近身体。
第二个问题是我的手握杆太紧,几个打得好的球都是觉得手上没有用什么力气。
不知道我slice的问题是不是我自己想象的这样。

,这样的机会几乎是没有了。那一天,3W发挥得比较好,在Par5用了三次,平均240码
左右,都拿了Par。
至于提高driver稳定性,看看Butch's Basics有没有帮助:

set up stance: 有时候头过于偏右边(想get behind ball), 肩膀已经close and
off target line; 上身有时候过于upright ( 想swing steeper to avoid hook);
dynamic stance: 下杆过程中抬头过早, 导致转肩过快
takeaway: 胳膊和上身 不够connected, 导致胳膊的动作和转身脱节, 感觉 club 上
杆乱动。
where to stop backswing: overturn (下意识想more power), backswing到头时身
体过于紧张, 甚至lose posture. 有时候wrist break at top.
downswing:抬头有时候太快, 有时候转身过猛
finish: 有时候不能hold finish, 左脚脚尖上
差不大这些了, 模仿pro的pre-shot routine 可以预防一些。

3wood off ground 太难了。 试了一下 tee up, 效果好些, 接近driver的感觉。
准备先从容易的开始, 慢慢tee it lower and lower, choke down a little, 看看
什么效果。
不过要在场上用3wood, 必须有用3wood hit off turf 甚至uneven ground的能力。 |

mishit 或offline too much。 木杆的confidence 靠积累高百分比的好球。尽量每次
都一样的routine 和swing thought 和 feeling。
johnny miller GCA practice swing brush grass 用在3wood 上效果好, 帮助明确
swing arc low point, get feel for the ground. 另外一个容易陷入的误区是 想远
距离下意识导致动作变形。
driver 有时候太强调downswing arm connected to chest, 又开始打出fade/slice.
iron 仍然solid, 190 - 200的approach 都觉得比较轻松。
当然range 上比场上容易一些,都是level ground。 场上的难点多一些, 有时候赶时
间, 或碰到slow play 影响性情, 没约人或没入组 一个人打 2-4 小时觉得没劲。

I had terrible woods shot especially 3 wood.My iron shot was ok. Last

left), easy to cause downswing lower point behind the ball. for wood, it is
good to keep this ascending move at impact, but for iron, it will cause
trouble to hit ground first. If you don't want to keep two different swings
for iron and wood, you can try adjust your weight distribution and ball

this swing was filmed last year, weight is way too fast transfer the left
heel casuing the club over the swing plane during the downswing. bringing
the ball too much spin with little fade.
I am trying to fix this problems now. hopefully,can do better in coming

fault is ok.
录了一个268 meter drive, 55F, 微逆风, at range。
swing fast 的时候down swing 的肩膀手形很难改。backswing spine lean back 减小
到upright, downswing lean back 又增加。
其实, 连backswing 都改不了, 接近daly。
感觉 impact 和release 的手形还凑活。
如果pro like, 恐怕follow daly or sadlowski 跟容易一些, 只要:
1) reduce "reverse pivot"
2) reduce lean back
3) right elbow 打开稍微早一些。
