过去三年CSCO大概把利润的一半用于回购，1/4左右用于并购，其他的基本上就是存起
来(买债券之类的)。
INTC是一半利润用于回购，但是share outstanding减少的幅度更小(三年3%)。一半利

所以put会这么便宜.否则这就是一个100%的arbitrage.
CBOE 在dividend > 股价10%是会执行这一规则. |

（1）Earnings经常会受到non-cash expenses的影响。例如Goodwill writeoff啊，
depreciation啊。
（2）Dividend经常在当季的Earnings发布之前很早就决定了，所以有时间差。
（3）Dividend说穿了是Excess Capital，即经营不需要的可以返还给股东的钱。因此
它和当季Earnings没有直接关系。当然长期来说如果Earnings不够也没有的发。 |
